Absolutely wonderful food, great atmosphere and people. I would highly recommend Four Seasons for a great dining experience.
This place is a great lunch spot! I ordered the brisket sandwich with the blueberry BBQ sauce. Every bite was flavorful, the brisket was tender, and the sandwich had a nice hint of spice. I wasn't sure about blueberry BBQ sauce but the order taker assured me it was a great combination and she was right. This was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I also couldn't finish all of it because the portion was quite generous.
Try the cheddar Mac and cheese. Very sharp, hearty, and tender.
Atmosphere was relaxed. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely return.

We asked where was a good spot for lunch downtown Pensacola and we were directed to the Four Seasons Eatery & Catering.... WOW, what a treat. Kelly took out order and also ensured we had everything we needed... We ordered the Ruben ,,, and split it, it was more than enough for the two of us and it was absolutely fantastic,,,,, home made bread and ingredients,,,, Kelly brought us a sample of the Andouille & Chicken gumbo with okra,,,,then on top of that she brought us a piece of fried chicken to sample,,, that was the best fried chicken we have had in a while crisp, crunchy and very moist..... If you are looking for good for and a great service try the Four Seasons ....you will not regret....

We used their catering services for a gathering of 60 people at our house. The food was delivered and set up on time they communicated well before and after the service. The food was delectable, well seasoned and flavorful. All of our attendees were raving about how good the food was. Chef Charles is a master at his craft and takes pride in his work, and it shows! We will be using then again at our next event!

As a first-time guest at Four Seasons, I found Kelly to be friendly. I tried the free sample of chicken sausage gumbo, which was decent but lacked rich, flavorful notes, so I decided to skip it. Kelly convinced me to try the fried chicken, which is made fresh to order and comes with two sides. I chose the gouda mac and cheese, but it seemed like the chef forgot the salt and pepper because it lacked flavor. After eating the chicken legs, I went to try the thigh. When I peeled back the meat, a strong fishy smell, like opening a can of sardines, hit me. I told Kelly about it, didn’t finish my meal, and got a refund, but she denied that it smelled like fish.
Be cautious when eating here—if you get the chicken, it could be old, which might explain why they refunded me instead of offering a fresh plate. Even if it was fried in a fryer with fish, it shouldn’t have smelled that fishy!
P.S. I’m a chef with a passion for food, and I love exploring different places to eat in downtown Pensacola.

All menu items had a 4% surcharge that a staff member said was a price increase. This could not be a credit card services fee or any kind of other fee. Menu prices are in chalk and paper printouts and did not reflect these prices.

Amber, the hostess was great!
What caught our eye was the gumbo so we had samples and it was great so we decided to have some. I got the cup of duck gumbo and my wife got the bowl of chicken gumbo. Both are fantastic. We will be back to this restaurant. It was our first time but it will be a main stop for us every time we come to downtown Pensacola

Family atmosphere. Super friendly service. Very good food... You can sit down and eat but you order up front then they'll bring the food to you. They have burgers, salads, sandwiches, and plenty of comfort food. They were able to seat a group of 8 with no problem. We came around 1pm on a Saturday while visiting the farmer's market. Chef came out to say hi and be sure we enjoyed our food and service. We will come back again! Great

Four Seasons did our catering for the Blue Wahoos team this past season. Everything that we had was incredible! Some of the favorites were fried chicken, meatloaf, and brisket!! Chef Charles is so talented and was always friendly and helpful in the catering process. I’m excited to visit the restaurant for a meal soon!

This is a gem that probably deserves a Michelin star. This is comfort food, but elevated to the highest level. Four Seasons is an excellent restaurant that obviously takes pride in their food and service to customers. We had the duck gumbo, soft shell crab po-boy, fried chicken, fried green tomato sandwich, brisket burnt ends, cheese burger, along with banana pudding & cheesecake. Every single dish was excellent and without a single complaint.

So happy that we stopped in here for an early dinner! The food was exceptional! Hands down the lasagna is the best in Pensacola. We also tried the Gouda Mac, pasta salad, brisket sandwich and fries. Every morsel was perfectly done! The buttermilk pie-chef’s kiss🧑🏽🍳😘
