Had a really great server (actually I think it was the owner), gave me a bunch of free samples, food was great. Plus I got some birch beer which is pretty hard to find in the south.

We stumbled upon Four Winds market by chance, and I’m so glad I did—and it’s definitely going to be my to go place from now on -whenever I’m craving something fresh and flavorful. From the moment you walk in, the smell of the coffee and grilled hits you in the best way.
The menu is thoughtfully crafted with a wide range of options—from classic turkey clubs to inventive creations like their spicy Gyro. I ordered the Parma with prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula, and peppers, and every bite was absolute perfection. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the bread had the perfect crunch on the outside and softness on the inside.
The quality of the product is something I haven’t seen in the area in a long time. The selection throughout the shop is clearly chosen with intention and care. From the dips to the market shelves, everything is premium.
The cheese and cold cuts are truly next level—absolutely amazing. The cheese selection features varieties from all over the world, and it’s honestly on par with what you’d find in top gourmet shops internationally… aged Gouda , creamy bries, or bold European imports, they have it all. The cold cuts are equally impressive: perfectly sliced, full of flavor, and clearly sourced with quality in mind.
Jill, the new owner, was incredibly welcoming and even offered us samples of their amazing dips. Hands down, the sun-dried tomato and turkey dips were our favorites—they were packed with flavor and incredibly fresh. We also tried the pesto, BBQ chicken , hummus among others and every single one was a hit. It’s clear that even the smallest details here are treated with care.
The staff was absolutely amazing-They made us feel right at home and gave us thoughtful recommendations that really made our visit special.
Prices are very fair for the quality you’re getting, and there are plenty of options for all the different tastes.
If you're looking for something with real quality and AMAZING taste, this is the place to go. CAN WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

Nice staff, Friendly vibe. BUT THE SPICY HUMMUS is a joke. Has zero garlic flavor (hell use garlic powder if you are too cheap to buy garlic) and tasts like spicy beans run thru a food processor that had some water added to it to thi it down...Was spicy buy c pepper is super cheap so I know why it is so spicy. All for FOr $10+ (small) and comes with NOTHING. I guess they want you to eat it with your finges. HELLO MGR. ride down 9th ave to Bayou and check out an order of HUMMUS from Taste of Jerusalem Express....I knew I should of stuck with what is the best hummus in town but I wanted to give FWIM another try. Didnt meet my expectations.

Very impressed with the new owners and the new look. They have quite an eclectic variety of foods and a deli which I plan to return to again and again.

Great, quaint place to eat amidst the bustle of the downtown! Delicious food and amazing service!

A shell of what this place used to be.

Why change a sandwhich that has been sold here for decades? I ordered an Italian like I usually do but get home and it comes on a stale white hoagie roll that looks like it came off of a school lunch line. You have fresh baked rolls that every sandwhich used to come on and you swap it with garbage bread.

New ownership focused way too much on making this place look “pretty” instead of focusing on what there entire customer base cares about, the food.

We were really excited to give this place a chance again.
We went in to grab a couple sandwiches (an Italian and a steak) and was informed they didn’t have the meats needed for the Italian so we ordered the Cuban instead. (Pretty bummed because we went there for the Italian)
I also wanted to order a coffee. There were 2 employees and they told me they would “try” to make the coffee. Which they never did or even ask what coffee I was wanting.
Back to the sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes the employee came out with only the steak sandwich and said they couldn’t make the Cuban either.
Well, I don’t think we will give it a 3rd chance.
My advice, maybe the owner should be there to guide his outwardly depressed employees whom made an already bad situation even worse because they had really negative energy.
Good Luck!
I wish they could get it together because we need great small locally owned neighborhood businesses.

This place is nothing short of remarkable. Brilliant selection of drinks and food in the market area and superb variety of ready to order sandwiches. You really can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches but I highly recommend grabbing some of the feta based dips to have at home. I always swear I’m only going in for lunch but wind up grabbing a ton of things to enjoy later.

I recently had an opportunity to experience the Four Winds International Market since the change in ownership. While a new business the owners are focused on doing a great job, and the customer service reflected that fact. The coffee and tea we were served was amazing, as was the charcuterie board we ordered. Nothing but the very best of things to say.
