Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We have been here several times. The first few visits we found the burgers to be very good. The last two visits have not been quiet as good, because of the over salting of the food. All that you can taste is salt. The burgers and fry are loaded with salt. Back off the salt. We can always add more salt if we want it, but we can't take it out.

No tator tots, no whip cream, and it took 25 mins for ice cream because someone “beeped” or cleared the order after the food part was done. They cleared our order before making the ice cream. Then we didn’t get the ice cream until asking again. 25 mins for ice cream. Completely ridiculous unorganized system they got. We got no apology, nothing. They didn’t try to make it right. Bad customer service.

So happy Freddy's made it to our area. Food, atmosphere and service is much higher than most fast food in our area!!!!! So so good!!! 👍👍

First time to a Freddys and the food was really good. I got the jalapeño jack burger and it didn’t disappoint. The staff at this location was super friendly and the food came out fast.

I was in the drive thru and ordered a milkshake but I couldn't bring myself to pay $7-8 for a freakin milkshake! I had them cancel the order. I'll just wait for Cookout to open

Their ice cream products and desserts are phenomenal. Their burgers and fries are below average compared to comparable restaurants and the price does not quite justify the quality.

Doug and Brianna were absolutely loves and were the kindest people I have ever met. I don’t review places at all really but they definitely deserve it. They helped me with so much I would have to write a novel on here to explain which I would if google reviews didn’t have a limit on how many words you can have. Point is this is a great restaurant with amazing employees and it means a lot the there are such kind people out here. Thank you guys again.
