For those who are gluten-free, there is a primal, gluten-free food truck. Check it out. Feel free to ask the employee some questions about the ingredients, where they are sourced, and the cross-contact with other foods. Hopefully, in the future, the menu will be expanded to some Paleo and autoimmune protocol (AIP) options. This is, however, a step in the right direction.

there are several truck and multiple types of cuisine to choose from. There is outdoor seating with shade and a mister in the summer to keep the area cool. Bring kids. Bring dogs.

We walked over from our hotel for a late lunch and it was really fun to have these options! Went with the tacos, and they sold beer! A perfect way to start the vacation.

We stopped after a day at the beach. My daughter and I are at Calavera Tacos. I had the mucho nachos and she had the children’s quesadilla. They had the food ready super fast and it was so delicious. For the two meals and two Coronas, it was $21. My husband ate at Slimz. He had a chicken filly with fries and the 10 pc wings. His was $21, took a little longer to make (but not long by restaurant standards) and was “mmmmhmmmm” in his words. Portions were large at both restaurants. The outdoor atmosphere was so nice. Workers at both food trucks were nice. We were very impressed and will for sure be back again.

Love this place....Permanent food trucks that are in Airstream trailers...Oh yeah! A choice of several types of foods, we chose the taco trailer. Was delicious! Nice tables to sit at, dog friendly and close to downtown. Was alot of fun!

We ate at Z Tacos on Easter afternoon when we were exploring the area and had our dog. Because it was a holiday, they were the only restaurant amongst the Airstream complex open. They were serving a limited menu, and because they were extremely busy they were out of several offerings, including chicken meat. We settled on a Paco Taco and Znachos with beef. These did not disappoint. Good food and fair price.

A collection of about four food trucks. I like the Z-Taco truck. The asian fusion joint wasn't particularly good when I tried it. Kind of pricey downtown restaurant. You can get a solid meal here on the unfortunate incident of jury duty in Flordia (lovely state really).

A fun experience. 4 different foodtrucks offer mexican/southern/asian&? food. Reletively cheap and good streetfood. Not exeptionel though, nor do they grasp the concept of ‘small size’. But Thats nothing new. Tourits and locals come here. Fried shrimp was very good, crab bisque was not so much to my liking (greasy, thick).

Our group tried 3 different trailers for lunch. Each was pretty bad. Cheesesteak sub was horrible... meat was way over done and extremely dry and salty. Chicken was also pretty bad. Another trailer had a beef wrap that was pretty sad. You would be better off going to Macdonalds or Burger King.... don't waste your time.

Went here with my boyfriend since we have different tastes. Lady at the taco stand was kind of rude but the tacos sure were delicious. The lady at the cheesesteak stand was super friendly and helpful. Prices are high for the amount of food you get. If I lived here I wouldn't be a regular but it is a fun option.

Found this place on our first trip into Pensacola so we decided to have some lunch there. It is an unusual collection of four older model Airstream trailers that have been converted into lunch wagons with an central outdoor dining area. Each has it's own kind of food. We selected the one offering Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches (the second unit in the line). This one did accept cash only so be prepared but the prices are low enough that it wasn't a problem. The others (I believe) will accept credit cards. Our meal included fries which is pretty typical. The cheesesteak was very good but the fries were limp but at least they are fresh. Though it's not obvious, there are restrooms and a bar at the far end so you can have a drink and clean up as well (always good with finger foods). This is a good place to hang out and watch the people go by.

we were absolutely blown away with this charming "food court! " Several "food trucks" to choose from offering a wide range of dishes, from Asian Fusion to chicken, bbq and Mexican and a clean cheerful outdoor eating area that got even more so when they turned on the lights. We brought our dogs who were welcomed and even served water in clean stainless steal bowls. The staff was anxious to let us know how welcome our dogs were and to be sure we were comfortable. They bussed the tables and the place was clean. I was with a party of 4 and we ate a variety of foods, sampling each others. Loved the fried avocados from the Mexican truck, and the beef tacos as well. But the Asian fusion was awesome too. Parking was easy and close, nice area of downtown, just an all around delightful experience! Great place for kids too, casual enough to be comfortable for them and parents too.

The kids and I had lunch here a few days ago. We had an assortment of food. Two kids had a corndog and bbq sliders from Gunshot BBQ. Three other kids had tacos from Z Taco and I had a lamb gyro from Fusion. It is nice to see Pensacola get something different and there has been a small foodtruck scene emerging downtown. These foodtrucks are nearly permanent and Al Fresca has tables with umbrellas and misters. I enjoyed the food as did the kids. I would eat here again.

Can't believe anyone would return. Three of us ate at different trucks & they were all just as bad. Barbecue place was out of everything but chicken so I chose a chicken sandwich, waited 15 minutes & it still wasn't what I ordered. What a joke -don't bother!

Eating al fresco is really nice but the food is mediocre at best. We were there around 7pm and one place was already closed or had gone out of business.
