Got myself the dragon acai bowl and it was AMAZING
One of the most beautiful place, the stuffs are friendly, and the yogurt is Awesome. My son enjoyed every bite of it. ❤️

My friend accidentally messed up her order and the lady came and checked on her. My friend was trying to be polite and lie but the worker new she wasn't satisfied. She came back a little later and my friend was honest and said she didn't get what she expected. She went back and made her a new bowl for FREE. She sat and talked with a for a bit and we found out she was the owner. She was so personal and clearly wanted to satisfy her customers no matter the cost. All the food was great too but it's the personal touch that made the difference. Go small business owners!

I go here weekly for their açaí bowl. According to the owners, they are the only place in pensacola that makes their own açaí from scratch. It is the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. They are fully vegetarian but have vegan options. The frozen yogurts are clearly labeled. There are about four-five options that are dairy free, but have honey included as a sweetener. Then there are two fully vegan (no honey) frozen yogurt options. The coconut milk is my favorite. The owners (a married couple) are almost always there. They are extremely knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. The wife walked us around the store and showed us exactly what was vegan. She even personally made a yogurt bowl for us that she recommended. I could never say enough good things about this place. Customer service is great. I will always support them. Family friendly, great price point and always clean. I tell anyone and everyone to go here to support a local small business. My go to is Dole Whip Froyo with a few gummi bears and strawberry popping bobas. My daughter loves Vanilla Froyo Nachos!

Frozen Ropes has the BEST açaí in town! The flavor and texture is amazing and always made fresh to order. The Juice is also one of my favorites and it’s hard to choose a favorite flavor as they are all good. Always a great variety of frozen yogurt choices and super clean.

Parking: Parking is easy and plentiful.
Kid-friendliness: It is a place that life love to go to. They constantly are asking parents to bring back again. Kids get to be kids there and they love the yogurt. They draw and have their pictures put on display.
