was honestly so excited to book my family reception here. I called the previous Friday and was told the date of December 20th was available and to talk to the event coordinator on Monday. So today is Monday, and I decided to show up with my kids and cousin to put a deposit down. As soon as we walked in it was two Caucasian women at the bar. One was making a deposit and the other one was scheduling her event.. the event coordinator didn’t even look at my family and told u to take a seat and look around. Mind you we told her we were there to put a deposit down. After 15 minutes she showed up to our table, and didn’t even introduce herself and told us that they were booked up and was being sold by the city. And I’m thinking to myself I don’t think she wants my BLACK family in her establishment. I knew she was lying because she just accepted a deposit and even if they were being bought out it will transfer. I’m disappointed and disgusted by the unprofessional behavior this so called coordinater displayed. Maybe if they treated black people as equal as other races they will not be doing so bad and the establishment wouldn’t be so empty. My thing is if your racist leave at home and handle business in public and treat people how you would want your daughter or son. She should be embarrassed acting like that at her age. Pathetic

Every time I go to this course I go to the ladies room to wash my hands after playing. Three times now they are trying to pass WATER as SOAP. They are refilling the soap dispensers with water. I would never eat at a restaurant where I know the servers cannot possibly be washing their hands because THERE IS NO SOAP in the ladies room. Nasty. Use some of your budget to stock SOAP in the ladies room. Refilling the soap with water is not working.

Least favorite part about golfing at Osceola is the service at fusion grill. Guy seemed too busy with his phone to deal with customers. Wasn't unfriendly but Wasn't personable either. Over fried everything also...

We had a blast hosting our birthday here this past weekend. Rustic setup, dance floor with cosmic lighting. Bartender was great. I would rent again!

We used this location for a birthday party. The bathrooms were deplorable. The staff stated the bathroom cleaning contract is with the city and had not been cleaned in over a month. We leased chair covers and several were too dirty and stained to use. The party contact was also unpleasant to interact with. I would not use this location again!

We were there for a wedding which was beautiful & very nice. It's a very nice venue.

This expansive room features enough space to hold events where you can cater. With its wooden lodge architecture, it drives a comfortable setting for large gatherings. There are large windows that let in natural lighting, it also provides a great view of the golf course greenery with the sunset in the background. Tables are always set up and cleaned off; however, the bathrooms seem outdated and barely cleaned.

I ordered from them twice. I ordered the same thing each time. The burger I ordered came with a side of fries, but I also ordered an extra order of fries. Both times, the extra order of fries was left off. I was refunded by Grubhub, but you would think that they would get it right the second time around...especially when you ask for the extra order of fries to be put in its own container. But no, it was still wrong. I feel like they are trying to skimp on what is promised by their menu.
