I've been searching for additives for my wine/cider that I wanna make and this guy right here...HAS IT ALL! I should of asked questions but I was really excited ? and have a one track mind. I'll be back!!!! Not for additives but just to see what else you have!!!! Thank you much!!!! I didn't wanna order anything online and it was like looking for a needle in a haystack locally?. Now its time to make something delicious!(hopefully ?)
Really needed supplies for a brew. Drove 3 hours one way to get there and it was worth every minute. Neil was awesome to talk to. The prices were great and had a good selection. The beer was out of this world. Can't wait to go back. Only wish they were closer to Tallahassee
Just started interest in making wine from my Satsumas, end of 2022. I was a bit nervous, not having enough information on the process, and what all i would need to make quality wine.Neil was so patient and helpful.I spend the whole afternoon learning + also talking to other winemaker's. It was a wonderful visit and well worth the long drive from Alabama. I shall be back soon for more supply, and will share a sample of my homebrew.Am working on batch #7 now. I had no idea...
