Horrible horrible service, 2 people working, well not at all working, I had to say hello, they both acted like I was just bothering them and they wanted nothing to do with helping me and my coworker. I asked about the menu, what came on the 3 or 4 things they had in the menu and it was a act of congress to get that information. Didn't get my order correct, must be hard when it's just a sandwich. I could go on and on, but by far the worst service I've ever experienced

Very limited menu options yesterday. Used to get food catered here during meetings what happened? Hoping they bounce back soon because this place used to be real good.

I visited last week. The food was...Less than ideal (putting it nicely). Tasted freezer burnt and there was not anything I could point to and say "Hey that is fresh." Coffee was very HOT - probably the hottest I have ever had and with no warning or anything. I could not drink it for about 10-15 mins. The two people working there were nice though and that is why this is not a 1 star review. Still I would recommend going elsewhere.

I think the staff and management are great! Drinks are delicious. Appreciate the work they are doing to support the citizens of Pensacola with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. I know this is a difficult season for a non-profits and changes have to be made to make things sustainable. Way to go Gateway Cafe!

Employees were friendly and helpful! The coffee is great and the apple chicken wrap had good flavors. It’s nice coming here to support a good cause.

First of all--that pulled pork sandwich is AHHH-MAZING! I couldn't eat it all, so I saved it for the next day. I NEVER eat leftovers; so that should tell you something!Second, the Almond Joy specialty drink0--it's so good. I think I am addicted!Third, ALLLLL proceeds from Gateway Cafe benefit The Arc Gateway and they employ people with disabilities. WIN-WIN-WIN

There is no longer any thing special about this cafe. Just basic frozen food heated up for bigger prices. New management took away the pizzaz this place had. Used to be a favorite lunch spot, subpar at best these days.

the Gateway Cafe used to be my favorite... until the prices went up significantly, while the food quality dropped drastically. the price gouging while cutting corners like that just does not sit right with me. very disappointed.

Almost everything I liked about the cafe is gone in the new year: the specials, the prices, the fresh food. This was such a hidden gem of a spot, too. I don't know if management is trying to cut corners or what but they ruined this place with taking everything my coworkers and I enjoyed away. The staff is super friendly though, they're the only saving grace.

Always a pleasure seeing the ladies here. They had a big catering today but still made my order fast, hot, and delicious. Loved the meatball and pepperoni Sub. Peppers really set it off!

This is THE SPOT to be.They have to best Food, Snacks, Drinks, and all your Favorite Coffees! Some of the Nicest People I know keep this place running and do it with a Smile! It's a VERY Positive & Uplifting Area to destress and relax even if it's just for 5 minutes! Not to mention they're ABDORABLE Seasonal Decorations! 10000/10 RECOMMEND.Thank you guys so much for all you do!!

The breakfast sandwich I purchased was ok. But my only advice is to tell your cashier that eating and talking with her mouth full while at the register is not okay. She had food all over her face and hands. But a lovely girl otherwise. Service was okay.

You can tell that they are really passionate about what they do. Barista walked me thru what she does to make the refresher drink. Everyone just seemed so...nice and happy I guess??? lol I know that isnt the right way to say it but they were all great. Even met the manager who was a real nice guy and gave me a rewards card.
