As always, it was a lovely experience. My 93 y/o neighbor was celebrating her birthday and the whole staff made her feel so special. The alfredo papardelle with blackened shrimp was delicious as was the salmon croquet blt. My husband had the steak frites and really enjoyed it. Deserts and expresso were wonderful. Highly recommend!

The inside needs a bit of an update, however the food and service was outstanding. The filet and scallops were a 10. Our server (Winsom) was truly a delight. Her personality was refreshing. Would recommend this all day.

I cannot express what a great experience this was. The food was delicious but I HAVE to celebrate the best part! Our server, Hannah L., was absolutely next level! Her knowledge of the menu was unbelievable. She was beyond pleasant, noticed when we needed something immediately, and made us feel so taken care of. She should train others in the service industry because she was OUTSTANDING. So glad my husband and I got a gift card here and were able to have such a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I LOVE this place. Excellent food and service. The chairs in the outside dining are too low for the tables. I'm 5'10” and sitting in the chair, the tabletop was just above my chest level . Very uncomfortable to eat.

We had a wonderful dining experience at George Bistro + Bar in Pensacola Beach, thanks to our fantastic waitress, Tori. She did an excellent job explaining the chef's specials, and her recommendation of the red snapper was absolutely spot on, was delicious. Tori's service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

The waitress kindly made up an ice back for boxed up meal so we could make an event and not rush home to fridge before an event. Very kind and leftover meal still safe on ice. Her name was Susan

George's Bistro is the only restaurant that my husband and I have gone to and ordered the same thing and it tastes the same way as the FIRST time we had it! That says a lot without saying a lot! Servers are ALWAYS super versed on the menu items (and specials...very IMPRESSIVE) and their service is always IMPECCABLE! Another characteristic/quality that has NOT changed since day one! It's been four years. My husband and I travel from Gulfport, MS to Pensacola, FL just to come to George's Bistro! I don't know how they (owners/management) do it, manage to hire people who seem to like their job, know their product, and provide exceptional customer service every time. This is an absolute art! They need to find a way to bottle it up and sell it to other companies. KUDOS TEAM GEORGE'S BISTRO! The last couple of visits, I used Open Table to make reservations for us and the process has been flawless! It's user friendly and easy to navigate/understand. Very accurate and reliable.
