Wow! We all really enjoyed the food and friendly, efficient service at George Bistro on Saturday! I had the delicious Garden Omelet filled with spinach, red peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, amd goat's cheese! Ann and Maryanne had the yummy chicken salad! We will definitely be going back to the George Bistro!Today we really enjoyed the Salmon Croquet on top of a arugula salad! It was the perfect portion and the Raspbellini was refreshing!Today Nancy and I enjoyed sitting outside in the big patio area! The food, drinks, and service are always spot on!

Perfect food and amazing atmosphere! Staff was very friendly and our server, Winsom, was a delight and very knowledgeable of the menu. Chef Carolyn executed a stunning array with of flavors that surprised and satisfied us. Great way to spend our anniversary while traveling and passing through Pensacola. Out of all the restaurants in the area we chose George Bistro & Bar and we were not at all disappointed. Thank you!!??

Need gluten free? They can do most everything on the menu without gluten! Dine inside or out. Your food is going to be absolutely delicious, large portions, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Great place to go if you want to impress your date. Service was fast. Has a sophisticated atmosphere, but down-to-earth attitude. You can dress up or show up in your jeans and t-shirt. Indoor or outdoor seating is available. Our server, Hannah, was especially thoughtful, friendly and attentive.

George's Bistro and Bar had amazing service. My waiter was George (not to be confused with the owner ?) and he was very nice and knowledgeable. The ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. I had a raspberry Mule that was light and delicious. I also had the Brussel sprouts and mini crab cakes. And the food, in my opinion, was just ok. I think it could've used a little more flavor, but I know everyone has different tastes. I'll probably give them another chance if I'm ever in the area, but I'll lower my expectations.
