I really enjoyed the Global Grill. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was really great. We ordered many items from the tapas menu and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the tapas plates. The pricing was fantastic and the quality of the meal was very good. The calamari was my least favorite dish. I did feel it was overbreaded and overcooked. However, everything else was wonderful. I ordered a side car to drink. It was good with a decent pour. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes.
So far my favorite place in Pensacola to eat with a group. Tapas is a great option when eating with others or for a nice date. Service was great and the wine selection was paired well. Unique dishes that were all top notch.

I wanted to share some feedback about our recent visit to your establishment. We had high hopes based on our friends' recommendations, but our experience didn't quite meet our expectations.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with âlast callâ instead of a friendly welcome, which set a disappointing tone. We sat at the bar for about 10 minutes without anyone attending to us, and it was tough to get a menu. While one of the bartenders, Josh, was genuinely nice and tried to help, the other seemed more focused on chatting with friends than serving customers.
I ordered a tequila drink based on the bartender's recommendation, but it was overwhelmingly strong and lacked any depth of flavor. It felt more like a shot than a cocktail.
Overall, we were really hoping to enjoy our time there, but we didnât feel welcomed, and it didnât align with what we were looking for. We're not sure if weâd give it another shot in the future.

Recently had Tony as our waiter and he did a phenomenal job while also keeping our party entertained. Canât give high enough praise to owners and staff for maintaining such a high bar for restaurant standards over the years. Shoutout to CJ and Eric for their help for previous visits. If you havenât gone, go soon and if you have, itâs a good time to return!
