The customer service is horrible. The lady that usually work in the front was not there an a man came to take my order he was so nasty. I think he was the cook but if he cooks with that kind of attitude he had I’m afraid to eat it.

I ordered Hunan chicken for lunch and my friend ordered Gen Tso’s chicken. I took a bite of mine and I knew immediately that the “chicken” wasn’t chicken. I mentioned it to my friend and she said the same thing. It was “gelatinous” and mushy. Idk what they’re serving but it’s most definitely not chicken. The only drinks they had to offer was Pepsi and Coke. Nothing diet. The guy that took our order was not very nice. The inside of this place is run down looking. They have car windshield sun blockers in the windows. Boxes everywhere. It’s an eyesore. Never again.

This place has really gone downhill. The food has become sub-par (chewy chicken and beef anyone?). Cook times are triple what they say it will be. Inside looks dirty and cluttered. This used to be the best Chinese restaurant around and now? Nope. Last time

We will NEVER eat here again. We came in, I ordered General Tso and my wife ordered chicken and broccoli. Her broccoli came out so hard she couldn’t eat it. I asked the lady several times if they could make it for her again, at which point I was informed no refunds or exchanges. We're literally SITTING in the restaurant eating and the food is horrible and they are being shown that it’s horrible and still refused to do anything. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and would like my money back as soon as humanly Possible.

Amazing flavor and the portions for lunch are outstanding. I got three meals and upgraded to London and fried rice!!!! Delicious!
I told them the first time “no soy sauce” bc I have a soy & wheat allergy. I believe the first time they used oyster sauce which irritated me but not like the second time. The second order I made I said “no soy sauce or oyster sauce” but the rice was brown. I verified with them THREE times so when I saw the rice was brown and tasted it I assumed an alt was used. Needless to say, I woke up the next day at 430 am after eating less than 1/2 cup with a swollen face and hands, tickle lungs and a stomach that was clearly unhappy. The rice had to have been soaked in soy (as is tradition- unless you request omission due to allergen requests) because it got worse throughout the day and I was unable to just “work it off” as I can with some food exposures. Again: second order, verified the “no soy” THREE times with the front attendant. I will NEVER eat here again. If you don’t have any food sensitivities or allergies they may be ok, otherwise- STEER CLEAR!!!!!

Always well prepared food. My husband only gets one thing, shrimp mei fun, extra spicy, and they are the only ones who listen and get it right. Knows who I am because of his order and always greets me as a valued customer.
