We will NEVER eat here again. We came in, I ordered General Tso and my wife ordered chicken and broccoli. Her broccoli came out so hard she couldn’t eat it. I asked the lady several times if they could make it for her again, at which point I was informed no refunds or exchanges. We're literally SITTING in the restaurant eating and the food is horrible and they are being shown that it’s horrible and still refused to do anything. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and would like my money back as soon as humanly Possible.

I told them the first time “no soy sauce” bc I have a soy & wheat allergy. I believe the first time they used oyster sauce which irritated me but not like the second time. The second order I made I said “no soy sauce or oyster sauce” but the rice was brown. I verified with them THREE times so when I saw the rice was brown and tasted it I assumed an alt was used. Needless to say, I woke up the next day at 430 am after eating less than 1/2 cup with a swollen face and hands, tickle lungs and a stomach that was clearly unhappy. The rice had to have been soaked in soy (as is tradition- unless you request omission due to allergen requests) because it got worse throughout the day and I was unable to just “work it off” as I can with some food exposures. Again: second order, verified the “no soy” THREE times with the front attendant. I will NEVER eat here again. If you don’t have any food sensitivities or allergies they may be ok, otherwise- STEER CLEAR!!!!!

Sesame chicken. I had to throw it away. Overcooked and too chewy to eat. When you walk in there are multiple signs saying “no refunds” if the food is bad. I can’t imagine why.
I have no idea what's going on but the food sucks. The rice taste real funny and I didn't even want it.

My son got food poisoning from here last night. This also happened to him about 6 months ago after eating from here. We chalked it up to a stomach virus that time, but now realize it was food poisoning. After talking with a coworker about this place, she proceeded to tell me that her husband got food poisoning so severely from here that he ended up in the hospital. It’s just not worth the chance.

The rice tasted old and stale. The sesame chicken was chewy and way too breaded and sweet. Wasn't fresh. The egg roll was good. And a damn shame they are set up like it's still covid times ! You can't dine in. Walls up. Plastic up.
