Went here today December 23, 2024 to hopefully pick up 2 dozen cookies for my coworkers because I wanted to give them a treat for Christmas. I was here more than two hours before their closing time yet they told me that they couldn’t. They already had a dozen on display, and I told them I could wait a while so I wouldn’t hold up the line, but they rolled their eyes and were very rude when I said this. I was trying to be nice because I know this was a request but for people working at a cookie shop they sure didn’t want to make cookies. Management should look into new workers.

I got sick ,the workers set on the counter they make food on ,no hats no hair nets ,no handwriting no changing gloves after scratching bottom and petting a dog.....overwhelmingly not good .the green haired manager does a great job everyone else does alot of food safety violations

Thank God I don't live here, blond girl gave us an attitude because we wanted to order a cookie, through her icing down on the table and acted like we were such a hassel. How can yall make money if your employees just stand around and if ore their customers.

The Great American Cookie company is a store that has been around for EVER! Their quality has been going downhill for YEARS!!! IF THEY WERE THE SAME AS WHEN I WAS GROWING UP, ALL OF THE GROCERY STORES AND SUCH WOULD NOT COMPETE WITH THEM! However, you can get cookies just as good at Sams or anywhere, really! Shame. They were once wonderful!

Horrible customer service experience yesterday at this location. Ordered some cookies the younger lady that helped me had a horrible attitude. She even turned around to complain about my order of double doozies to her coworker who then made eye contact directly with me and smirked. I apologized to her for placing the order and felt like I was doing wrong by ordering. It’s just terrible this is the only location near me or I would take my business elsewhere. On top of that the cookies are not filled correctly and look more like an Oreo filling than double doozie. I love the cookies so much and it’s such a shame after all these years of spending money there I’ve never felt like my ordering of cookies at a cookie establishment caused the worker to get so mad.

great American cookies are great… however I would love for the blueberry muffin cookie to be returned. Perhaps it could be longer than seasonal? Can it be requested for the all time menu ? I’m very displeased that the blueberry muffin cookie was taken out of inventory. That was the BEST cookie great American has EVER had to offer. I am very disappointed and would very much like to look forward for the return of this cookie!

Excellent as usual. The pecan Supreme cookies are delish. I'm pitiful when it comes to that place. Good when you're riding alone..you don't have to share. Lol. Have a great day. See you real soon.

I went the other weekend no issues. Came back today 4/26/22 and had issues with the girl with lots of attitude! I ordered the same package as the week before and the same cookies and now all a sudden that can’t be done . It was the m&m cookie sandwich. That deal is only on the buy 5 get 1 free. Not included in the buy 10 get 3 free. Okay so now I’ve got the buy 5 get 1 free . I go to pay and it 15 plus dollars. I told her it was suppose to be 10 something plus tax. Oh well I upcharged you for those two cookies. I explained to her you just said that it was included in the buy 5 get one free. Now your flipping the script at checkout. So I paid 15 plus for 6 cookies. Ridiculous if it wasn’t for my kids standing there wanting a cookie I would have walked away. Especially with her attitude. I even explained to her the guy working was the one who did the buy 10 get 3 free package for me over the weekend. . She did not care and had zero experience for customer service and certainly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Very contradicting. I should have known when I walked up she was talking to a friend when she rolled her eyes because I was standing there waiting to order. Never again will I spend a dollar here again. Reviews above speak volumes. Clearly none of our reviews are taking seriously
