Runaway as fast as you can! Last night I ordered shrimp egg foo young and recieved some unrecognizable meat foo young. I called today to express that they did not complete my order correctly and the woman expressed I was making trouble. I asked her if she was willing to remake or reimburse me. She told me I did not have the right to complain the next day. My order was placed at 7:30pm, my son picked it up around 8pm. I did not have any to eat until this afternoon, after getting home from work exhausted.Moving onto the Hunan Beef, I was excited to see all of the added vegetables and the brown gravy. After taking a bite, the veggies and gravy were actually very tasty. Once I took a bite of the beef, I could not stop chewing. I eventually had to discard the meat from my mouth. I asked the woman what cut of beef was being served. She got hostile and asked if I've ever had Chinese food before.I then expressed to her, as a business owner, I felt it better to call her business and express my food concern as oppose to leaving a long standing google review. She told me her food is fine and I was looking for trouble. 0⭐️- for customer service 0⭐️- for food. I did not visit the restaurant personally so, I have no comments on the atmosphere.Find another place if you are seeking fast, but good or even decent Chinese food.

The food was good, I liked it. The only issue we had was delivery time. It take almost an hour to have the food delivered and we only live 10 mins away. I amazing the food would have been extreme good if it hadn’t taken so long to get to us. I would recommend trying this okay but pick it up. It’s a family owned place and they are working hard to make good food with a small staff. I’ll gladly eat here again but I will order pick up

We ordered a general tso chicken combo, cheese wontons, hot and sour soup, side of plain broccoli and orange chicken. I do not like writing bad reviews but this was easily the worst Chinese food we have ever had. I should have checked reviews first but here we are. The only edible items were the broccoli and hot and sour soup, even the white rice tasted off. The chicken was dry, chewy and tasted awful. The wontons, we could barely chew they were so tough. “Fried rice” (pictured) that came with the combo… never had anything like it and not sure what the mystery meat was in it. I was weirded out by the bright yellow rice, the same yellow wonton wrappers and the age of the child who took my order (and yes, I understand generational businesses). While young, he was fast and efficient. It was an expensive ($56) to trash. Seeing it was a family affair, I feel awful writing this review but we will not be returning. Oh, and no kikoman soy sauce, “Kari-out” brand.

We had 6 General Chicken Combos delivered. Initially, it tasted good, but upon cutting the chicken , we noticed that every piece had a cartilage or nuckle. What kind of chicken was it??? I have no idea, but just under $100 was dumped in the garbage. I discourage everyone from eating their food.

My husband called to place a to go order since we didn’t feel like cooking. The phone rang for a minute then all we hear is a child’s voice say “Great China”.. weird. Well, we go ahead with the order and by the end of it this child was very rude and disrespectful. Screaming at us twice about what soup we wanted when we said it twice. Disrespectfully asks what size, we say small. By the time the order was placed this child doesn’t even say how long the wait time will be so my husband asks how long it will be and the child screams “an hour!” then hangs up. After a few minutes we start reading through the reviews about people complaining about their chicken tasting odd or like fish and people getting food poisoning. We quickly decide we’re not going through with it and called back to cancel. The child didn’t seem to know how to cancel the order nor did they let us initially. The child argued with us about how the chicken we ordered was ready, even though it had been only minutes since we placed our order, not long enough to cook chicken thoroughly. Finally, the child says “okay”, we hear them tapping on a screen then says “thank you”, not even confirming if it was even cancelled or not. Sorry, but this place should be looked into. That child did not sound like they were older than 10. Last time I checked children legally cannot be handling customers or their payment information. And from the sounds of the reviews I’ve seen, I wouldn’t doubt they’re running the kitchen too. Trust the reviews and stay away from this establishment.

Sad Chinese was just sad. I have a guilty pleasure of ordering Chinese take out of rainy days. Order came within a reasonable time. Ordered the pupu platter egg drop soup and chicken mei-fun. The egg drop soup was bland. Like I have no idea how it had no flavor at all. And to be honest that's all I was really excited for. But had to have a minimum order for delivery and pay a delivery fee and a service fee The pupu platter was decent. There was some wet food sitting against fried foods so some of the egg roll got soggy. I guess my only suggestion is to maybe put the meat skewers in a little envelope as not to drip juice on everything. The Rangoon, egg rolls and the beef skewers were good. The fried crab(?) cake was questionable. The mei fun again was bland bland bland. Like so weirdly bland. The temperature of everything was acceptable for delivery. But will not order again just for the fact the food had no flavor.

Riding bike cross country and was looking for decent quick Chinese for lunch. Had pork lo main lunch, egg roll was ok, noodles were perfect texture, served with fried rice too, decent portion and priced right.
