Grover's Fingers & Wings

Went to the one in Milton on 10/02/2025 about 5pm. I order 20 wings, onion rings and Cole slaw to go. When I got home there was no onion rings, called the store and they said they would check the camera to see if i received two bags and call me back. I did not receive two bags only one. It is now 12pm on 10/03/202 and still no call back. So if you go there check your order before leaveing.

i waited for 20 mins just for someone to come to the window to take my money for a mobile order that was called in 25-30 mins prior to my arrival, i was being kind and patient because i know how the service industry is. but then i waited ANOTHER 30 mins on my food. i get home and my onion rings are missing, my tea was unsweet and my country fried steak was grey and slimy on the inside like it wasnt cooked right! i was SO excited to try this place when it came to Milton, my work, my friends and family all spoke highly, but that did it for me. i called to report the onion rings, and spoke with a nice lady who was super sweet about that. but for what i spent, the wait time and the quality?! its a no from me.

I have been there many times , but not in the last 6 months or so . But burger was horrible , I’ve got better burgers from Sam’s . Frozen JTM or something similar! Hand breaded chicken strips were 100% not breaded in the last day or so or where frozen. Didn’t look the same nor did they taste the same , took one bite and tossed them in the trash . I do this for a living, so I know what the hell im talking about! Sorry to disappoint the locals , but this was my experience today! And I don’t normally give bad reviews to other food businesses, simply because I’m in the business!

Trash food. And trash company. Definitely do not recommend. They any place else besides here

Awesome banana splits and fried mushrooms. Definitely not on my diet but an awesome treat For when you just need comfort food. The staff is awesome

Great quick dinner, decent portions, but something happened that caused severe eye irritation to everyone in the restaurant. But the staff never said what was going on. Was like someone sprayed bear spray in the ac unit

So after 2 years of being here in Florida we decided to try Grovers. I was hugely disappointed. Most of the stuff is frozen food that is being cooked. Had the chicken sandwich and there was no seasoning on it whatsoever. Onion rings were not seasoned, just some batter coating. Chicken fingers had no seasoning as well, just battered.
Being in the restaurant business myself, all this stuff I'm sure was probably purchased at Sysco foods. So sad that restaurants don't really cook anymore. I guess I just expect more from a family business.
You can get better chicken fingers at Zaxby's and a better chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A. Even though their foods are frozen. They are much better quality. I'm sad to say I have been here and done that. Probably will not be back. 😢

Trash under cook wing. They use msg in batter and no seasoning. Yuck Buffalo Wild Wings is way better!🤮

Grovers is disgusting, I attempted their drive thru window- German cockroaches all over the ordering sign, the parking lot, and they were crawling in and out of building where they took payment. In exchange we got raw gummy chicken tenders. But public health hazards aside THEY don’t think that ZONING LAWS should apply to THEM. Pace doesnt want a nasty filthy chicken shack in a residential area. I wasn’t going to leave this review and just let it go but yall but since yall will not let Tunnel Rd go despite an entire community mobilizing against an over entitled and pushy chicken monger neither will I.
