The majority of customers visit Hardee's for breakfast ONLY. We are in a rush for work and need to grab a quick bite to eat. For some of us work is stressful and we appreciate the money we earn, so we don't want to spend it on low quality food. Care enough about your work ethic to serve your customers what you would eat (or at least what you would be willing to pay for) nobody wants an overcooked biscuit, not even our fur babies.. Should we really have to check our food every time we leave a drive-thru, is that not your job? If you hate working at Hardee's, find another job! Don't make the customers pay for your shortcomings.. because if we choose to eat elsewhere, you suffer the consequences and we don't...

I just want to say too Hardee's thank you very much as well you guys are very nice and I know you are a restaurant closes everyday at 2:00 p.m. and I'm thankful you guys are very good people appreciate you guys I hope everyone in there is okay I just want to let you know guys that I am in Arizona Holbrook and I'm finally home right now I am relaxing yes I have a bed in my apartment I have a microwave and a mini fridge and it keeps your drinks cold which is good by the way I'll always remember you guys as well thank you for everything

Lady taking orders akeva huffing and puffing upset we presented a coupon made us pull up and wait for kid meal and sandwich.. our first time there excited to try empty lady was just rude and miserable never returning

Customer service was amazing, very clean restaurant. Although the Hot ham and cheese was delicious, it wasn’t hot enough but they did make us some hot fresh fries. Every time I come through this area, I always stop at Hardee’s. We don’t have one in Texas.
