Food is always excellent. The customer service is terrible. The lady on the speaker greeted me with go ahead and order and the man in the drive thru had his pants half way down his butt and didn’t say hello or have a good day. He took my card and handed me my food.i told him thank you and he didn’t say anything.

This has been my local Hardee’s for 30 years or more. It just gets worse and worse. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes, then get told to please wait to give your order, THEN repeat your order 3 or 4 times. When you finally get to the window and pay, you then have to pull forward and wait again for someone to run the food out. Now that you’ve received your order, it is almost always wrong or missing an item and sloppily prepared. I don’t know what happened but it’s steadily declined, especially in the past 5 years.

You know this makes me particularly angry, when it comes to fast food these days this is the only restaurant that has had a standard at the vast majority of its locations thay far exceeded its competitors! This location is not one of them, I sat in a drive thru that was full, and noone in the front of the store, as I was leaving an employee comes out of his van to work loke he was on a break at a rush hour and full drive thru!!! This is the worse location of your places that I've been thru!!! And wont be back! Sad!!!
