Food was pretty good, and hot, fresh- even salthed the fries well! We all enjoyed it. No wait in drive thru. And service was pleasant and professional. Thank you 😊 We had Nashville hot chicken sandwich( this was a little dry , not as fresh as rest of food) chicken tenders combo and mushroom-swiss combos. They were very good and their cherry coke actually tastes like cherry. Yum!

Watched an employee thoroughly wash his hands before returning to work. Man taking our order was professional and friendly; he was very polite and service was quick. We noticed the same employee who thoroughly washed his hands checking in on other customers to see how their meal experience had been. Soft drink machine in lobby was out of order, but employees were quick to help out. Employees were friendly and engaging with customers. It was by far the next Hardee’s experience in many years. Well done!

Literally waited in the drive through for 27 minutes, get my food, and in stead of two spicy chicken sandwiches they give me one, so I go back through and wait an additional 15 to get the one they forgot
