Tried to get coffee and some breakfast. Inside was dirty and service seemed like they only cared about drive thru, we were waiting to order for a long time. followed another customer out when she got her refund. never going back here.

I went to pick up a breakfast order for a co-worker that couldn't leave as he had just relieved me. Hadn't been to a Hardee's in YEARS. Man, they've changed A LOT.
Very terrible service number one only two people seem like they were working and they were goofing around not really doing their damn job manager seems to be a young kid that doesn’t know what she’s doing. We had to wait at least 30 minutes just to get her food. Unacceptable.
I wish I knew her name. Have to get American lady, just about as sweet as they come. Food was perfect, there were four vehicles ahead of me. By the time I ordered and the time that I pulled out could not have been more than a minute and a half. Absolutely perfect service.

The service was fast and the food was hot. I got chicken fingers and wow. They were tender and so full of flavor. They gave KFC a run for their money... sorry KFC... love you, but Hardee's is coming for you. Mom got a kids hamburger and she could barely eat it all. Good choice. Price is a bit more, but Quality supports it.

Took forever and still had cold fries. Drink machine didn't work, and one of the employees had their kids racing the high chairs all around the restaurant.
