Myself and my kids visited the store for the first time in a few months. While they’ve cleaned up the place a bit, I think they’ve also raised the prices. $1.15 for less than a teaspoon of confetti sprinkles on top of a $4.30 single scoop of ice cream is absurd! The price doesn’t match the product/service/atmosphere. Drive down the road to Publix and get more/better ice cream for less money.

UNDER COSTRUCTION FOR A YEAR?? (I looked at others reviews) This is NOT cool! Stars should be deducted for this!! It takes away from a buisness, space, & NOT welcoming...but clutter!
I could NOT even think about what to get, because all I could smell is chemicals...BUT the place is DIRTY! LOOK on the floor behind the ice cream where the employee stands. That dirt....caked on the floor from being there awhile. NAH, I can't do dirty & filth! It says ALOT....made me think if they wash their scoops & stuff or how sanitary are they?!
My 15 yr old daughter & 18 yr old son got them an ice cream come with ice cream.
My daughter could smell cat! Has a cat litter box?! Hmm, makes me wonder........
Half the room has construction going on, but honestly looks like thats done & going to stay like that! What is their cleanliness score??

If you like ALOT of milk in a milkshake then this is the place. For $8 I received a shake that was so watery and the taste of chocolate so faint that one sip in I knew I had made a mistake.
The clerk was super nice but somewhere along the way decided a very small amount of chocolate ice cream was required to make a shake.
Reviews are generally good with comments about 1/2 the place “under construction” for the last 11mos. It looks like someday it might me something else but I won’t be patronizing the place.
Worst milkshake (doesn’t even qualify- so watery) that I can remember.
Save your money and drive a little farther down 9 Mile.

THIS is our FAVORITE ice cream shop around. The remodel area is a bit off-putting, so I really hope the owner actually finishes it soon because this place is a gem. It deserves the FULL remodel. The girl that’s usually behind the counter is sweet as the ice cream she serves. I really can’t wait to try the new menu once the remodel is finished either! Highly recommend, 10/10 on service & food. Thank you.

Great ice cream, but it seems like this shop has been “under construction” for a while. The whole shop is in shambles, and the outside picnic tables are warped and dirty. Their umbrellas for shade are just chilling in the half of the store where they have everything piled out in the open.
The sign outside doesn’t light up so it’s a little hard to find, but it’s right next to the vape shop.

We love this ice cream shop! Large variety of flavors; all delicious btw. The lady who works here is very friendly. They aren't far from Dairy Queen - why not try them out for your next craving? Highly recommended

I think the shop is in process of a remodel or expansion since half the store appeared to have a clutter of equipment and furnishings but it doesn't disrupt ones ability to access the ice cream bar and making an order. They have a good variety of ice cream too!
