ice cream was great with a lot of of enjoyable flavors. a young lady named Briana was very nice and patient with my indecisive kids lol. great location and overall a great experience.

The ice cream was so good. The service was great. They are open late, so it was a great snack at 11:00 pm. The praline pecan ice cream was awesome!

July 2024- The employee was irritated and sour with no smile or manners. About half of the ice cream bin were empty or not there. Just not what I was expecting with a 4.5 star rating.

The ice cream was delicious but the dining area was small and it was too hot to go outside.

Great ice cream shop. Can sit inside or outside and enjoy my favorite ice cream - Graham Central Station.

Way overpriced, extremely poor service and absolutely no flavor at all. I brought my five grandchildren to get a treat, all of them got a one scoop ice cream cup, two were the really small baby cup sizes, three of them got sprinkles on top. $43.00 total. I don't mind paying for something that is worth the quality. To top it off I was charged a Card Fee of $1.43 for paying with a credit card, would have paid cash if only was informed first. NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK TO ANY HERSHEY LOCATION AGAIN. I'd drive to Baskin and Robbins in Pensacola next time.

On the beach but expensive even for the beach. Soft ice cream. Tasty but melted super fast, even for Florida (cone is not included in the price of an ice cream cone)

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. My girlfriend asked for the mint moose tracks the employee says “we’re out” then completely ignores us to talk to other people behind us in line. We had to stand there holding up the line until she came back and finally let her choose another flavor. I hope your pillow is warm on both sides and I hope your shower never gets warm and I hope you have to move your phone charger a certain way to charge your phone. The ice cream is mid too. Go to island sweets instead it’s wayyyyy better!

We went to get ice cream at 9:50 and the two people in the shop said they close early on Saturdays and denied us service. Whoever owns this facility needs to be made aware this is happening. Thank you.
