Hershey's Ice Cream on the Beach

This is our go-to ice cream shop when vacationing at Perdido Key. The facility is clean and nice. There’s a nice little patio out front for easy seating.

They have an excellent selection of flavors.

Best ice cream on the coast!

Great selection of ice creams and cute location! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the product and helps offer suggestions if you’re not sure exactly what you want. We look forward to coming here every time we’re in town. Will definitely be back!

I was really disappointed with my visit. The ice cream itself was fine, but the customer service was ice cold. The staff barely greeted me, didn’t smile, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It completely ruined what should have been a fun, friendly experience. I won’t be coming back until they learn how to treat people warmly — not just serve cold desserts.

Ice cream was pretty good. This was our first time since we are on vacation. Customer service was terrible. The people in front of us tried conversing, and she ignored them. My kids and I ordered, my husband came up to order, he told her the scoops and ice cream, and we talked about which toppings. He then told her, she threw the ice cream back in the bin, and rudely threw the cup in the trash while shaking her head. At the register, I politely asked if there was a problem with the topping. She stated we were supposed to tell her before so she could get the right cup. I told her we didn't know, as this was our first visit. She just walked off. We won't be going back there again.

Love Hersheys ice cream and this place has all the best flavors. Service is super slow as they usually only have one person working. For four of us it took near 30 minutes with just one couple in front of us.

DELISH!!!! I got the coffee cookies and cream and it was everything I wanted! Also the girl working on 8/13 was the sweetest!

Great ice-cream

Absolutely delicious ice cream. I had banana pudding ice cream and its just as good as the best banana pudding you can find.

This place hit the spot! Was very close to orange beach so we decided to go have ice cream here just to say we went to Florida! The banana pudding ice cream was delicious. But all of us enjoyed our ice cream.

Little pricey but great selection.

Hersheys Ice Cream on the beach in Perdido Key is the best ice cream on the island. They have so many delicious flavors - you can't go wrong! They also have really great service, and this shop is always on my itinerary for vacay!

Hershey’s Ice Cream in Pensacola was absolutely amazing! Every flavor we tried was delicious — you really can’t go wrong no matter what you choose. We stopped by once during our trip and loved it so much that we made a second stop before heading back home just to enjoy the ice cream one more time. It’s definitely a must-visit if you're in the area!
