This is like Moe's or Chipotle but not as good. It also costs more than Moe's. The food was just fine, they did have a variety of topping options. The problem came when we ordered a LARGE queso and had to pay separately ($1.50) for a tiny bag with hardly any chips. And they were definitely just boring, not homemade tortilla chips. I can say that the employees were very friendly and helpful. However, I will not be back because if 2 people are going to spend over $40 on dinner we can go somewhere much better.

We have been regulars at this establishment for over 2 years now. The ONLY reason I give it 4/5 is the consistency of the food. They seem to run out of things constantly. The service is in accordance to who you get. I would say 8/10 of the workers are amazing. Not much for in house ambiance as this establishment is really about take out more than eating in. All in all, go. Given a choice between hotheads and chipotle, we choose hotheads every time. Even with the inconsistencies, it's still a better value in our book! After writing this review, I have decided to drive 25 min and go get some!

I’m just going to say it: Hot Head Burritos is better than Chipotle! Not just do they have a bigger variety but they’re not stingy with their portions. And they have healthy options! And vegetarian options! And on top of the great food, they have a lovely staff and manager!

Food was expensive because the amount was trained cheap. We had to ask for xtra's crazy how obviously cheap businesses are getting. I won't be back cause it's upsetting and we go out is not to be annoyed when easy we can visit a business that can afford to serve the right portions and the communication was awful I couldn't even understand the agent talking. ,
