Been multiple times and even brought friends quite a few times. We have an 8 year old who is celiac. We have tried the GF but there’s only one base for hot pot and not kid friendly at all. So we went in tonight and I mentioned we were waiting for my husband as he was grabbing our 8 year old celiac something to eat. My family and I went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. We were told the wait would be about 45 minutes, but we ended up waiting nearly 2 hours before being seated.

We planned (for months) and called 30 minutes ahead of time, like they told us to. Waited so long with no update on our wait time. We were patient enough to wait 40 minutes before questioning the manager, as the hostess kept telling us she wasn't able to seat us until he says so, and he just kept walking by us.
