My family and I regularly visit “Hub’s” and typically service and food are fine. But this recent time 3/2/25, it just seems like things are going downhill, which is unfortunate. We actually ended up leaving without eating. I asked the first server if there was a drink/cocktail menu to which we were told no but they have a fully stocked bar. Okay then..server number two comes up and I asked the same thing, and surprise surprise, there was one on the napkin holder. So, we order our drinks and they never came back. Now, there was a larger party that came in AFTER us and they paid attention to them, took their order and even the table behind us (we were there before half that table showed up too). After waiting and watching everyone else get service except for us, I had to go get someone just so we could pay for our drinks and leave. I understand if you’re possibly understaffed but my family was there before the party AND the table behind us got food even before we were even given an opportunity to order. Ended up walking to Juan’s up the street and it was incredible. Thanks for the poor service since we ended up with a business that wanted all the guests and a fantastic server who was able to make sure all of her tables felt welcome.

Ordering for pickup is disappointing. Last time French dip was barely enough meat or cheese. Tonight the meat in the mushroom swiss burger had flavor but was extremely dry so I washed it down with water. Mushrooms were plentiful but did not get the extra cheese I ordered. Onion rings were pitiful. They were very thin strip of onion with lots of breading/batter. Hardly any onion. My order was definitely not worth the price.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak, first sandwich brought out the bun fell apart in my hands as it looked like it got put through a wood chipper. They bring back my side of fries which by then were cold and then the second sandwich had had pretty much no cheese on it, instead of waiting on them to remake it for the 3rd time, I told the manager I would just like to cash out. Shocking for a guy to want to get drinks and a sandwich when he gets off work to see such incompetence in basic sandwich making.

We shared 18 wings and a platter of tater tots before our flight. Everything was delicious and the wings were very big. Lots of meat. Our waitress was super friendly. We were there on a Saturday and it seemed like people knew each other. The whole Seville Square is adorable and quaint. I wished we had more time to explore the area.

Parking: In a historic part of town so you do need to find a spot to park near the square or along the side of the street

We had the Cuban, the Ranch, and the Hub Club for lunch. It’s a bar atmosphere with seating both inside and outside. The food was fine. For sandwiches, I’d rather go to the New Yorker Deli in Pensacola. The Cuban is very smokey and too vinegary with the spicy mustard. I wish restaurants wouldn’t do their own spin on classics. The Hub Club was good. HUGE. Get it with only 2 slices of bread. With the recommended 3 slices of bread, it stands almost 8 inches tall. The Ranch was gross. It’s a turkey, bacon and cheddar sandwich with ranch on a hoagie. Not sure what happened but the flavor was sour and didn’t meld. Should’ve sent it back but we had plenty of food. The potato salad is heavy on the bacon so avoid that if you don’t like bacon. The fries were excellent. The wait staff was friendly but inattentive.

I walked in and immediately felt so comfortable and homie. The food was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Every sandwich, appetizer, and drink was fantastic. I cannot get over how amazing this place is.
