Food is never NOT good but depending on how the cook plates it. My bacon was crumbled pieces instead of last time when it was big single pieces.

We had a late lunch at Hubs on a Tuesday. What I love is the location. Nestled under live oaks near the water they serve up some delicious sandwiches and wings here. This is definitely a locals dive place.

We had mango habanero wings as well as a couple of sandwiches known as the “Point” and the “Galvez”( pastrami and a turkey respectively). Both were grilled nicely and tasted great. They’re offered in half size as well but we went for the whole size and it was plenty. The beer was cold and service was good. I guess it’s not in their wheelhouse but I was surprised not to see a blackened fish sandwich.

I’ll definitely be going back.

Bartender was rude. I had a to go order and the bar was empty. She barely noticed me and eventually asked what I needed. After she brought me the order she turned around and disappeared into the kitchen. She came out 3 or four times but never noticed I was still at the bar with my to go order. I was just staring her down trying to get her attention. She finally looked at me when I said "Excuse me Ma'am, can I have some ranch please" I wish I wouldn't have tipped her. I am a Former bartender and server.

First time and it was fun. It was karaoke night, so I got to listen to a lot of people sing. Food was good. The waitress was pretty good sitting outside and the cool breeze with the wind blowing was perfect. All the money to have stapled up all around the place that threw me off, but it was fun. Had good company.
And good food. Give it a try.We never tried it.

First things first—the wings here are *on point.* I’m talking about the kind of wings that make you wonder if they’ve been blessed by the wing gods themselves.
