Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

Place to order for lunch today work at a hospital was not happy with the order they put no sauce on my specialty pizza will not call The Crane road hungry Howie's again in Pensacola I give this place zero stars and call to talk to the manager and they feel like they need to hold Pizza back instead of giving a credit towards another pizza or replacing it

I order chicken Cesar salad once I got home my salad didn’t have any chicken this the kind of service we receive now a days smh

Every time I enter this building, the employees are always happily greeting and are in a good mood. I have never experienced bad customer service here; all of my orders are made right and the pizza is always good.

Placed an online order “for delivery” waited almost two hours and finally called the store. Person I spoke with said that the order was actually placed for pick up. I’ve never in my life placed a pick up order. I even told the person on the phone that there was a tip section which I used to tip the driver. He stated they thought that was a tip for the people in the store (why would anyone do that). At this point I told them I’d be more than happy to come get the order if they would remake it. I didn’t want pizza that has been sitting in a warmer for almost two hours. He asked me to hold, another person picked up the phone and I had to go through the entire story again and when I finished I was told they would not remake it. What happened to customer service? I know how to use a website and I’ve never chosen to use pickup, so even if there was a glitch and it was changed (the tip thing stills gets me) why wouldn’t you agree to just remake the food? Instead of remaking $30 worth of pizza you’ve chosen to lose a customer for life. Make no sense to me but this is the way the world works now.

Love these subs and they pack them with some much! I only ate half and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s other half!

11-12-2022: 😭they stopped offering the Pickle Pizza! Had to settle for the Bacon, Cheddar, Burger on garlic butter crust. Called in order and picked it up. Was real upon arrival. Very good pizza. #bringback #picklepizza #hungryhowies

9-26-22 - ordered that same pizza I had last time Pickle Pizza no bacon add beef. This is one was so not consistent as the last one. First it was not drizzles with ranch but covered very heavily with ranch. Secondly it was not cut. Seriously, I had my wife double check that is was not loosing my mind. Don’t get me wrong it was good but too too much ranch dressing. We must be having a very busy night; not normally this major of missing the mark. Hope things don’t get worse 🙏👆love my HHP.

9-8-2022 - Holy cow Hungry Howie’s just beat all the other guys with my new fav pizza. A pickle pizza!!! My wife ordered this one with extra pickles and half beef. Just plain unbelievable! Do NOT stop offering this pizza! #hungryhowies #picklepizza

I always order from this Hungry Howie’s, but I accidentally placed an order with the 9 mile location. 9 mile had already made my order before I realized it too. Well both locations went out of their way to remake my order at the right store and without charging me again. They are always our go-to pizza place and always make the best food! Not to mention, they take care of their customers as well. ❤️ Oh I should add, I have no affiliation, I just share the name. 😉

Hair in my food and the manager Carl is absolutely unprofessional and rude does not need to be working in food service industry at all let alone as a leader .

My boyfriend and I ordered pizza for our sons 1st birthday party . A sausage, cheese, and pepperoni. Everything was great except for the pepperoni tasted weird. We didn't think anything of it until we both started getting sick.. I'm not sure of the pepperonis were old or what happened but needless to say, I will not be ordering from Hungry Howies for a while.
