I called to place a sub order at 10:36 for pickup,they told me they were closed but website and other locations said they were supposed to be open.So I rode right by there all lights & workers were still there & sign was still on saying open...I think they didn't want to take the order so they could hurry and go home.Bad business practice since everything pointed to them really still being open.
All things being equal, I prefer Hungry Howies, but I've quit going to this location. We usually order a pizza about once a week. But the flavored crust began being hit or miss here. Sometimes you would get it, sometimes you wouldn't. Then the not getting it became me frequent, until it was the norm. You ain't getting any. I've written emails to company to no response. Last time I ordered, I actually called after I ordered, explaining we haven't been getting flavored crust, and could they please remember. Guy assured me he would watch out and make sure the order was right. You guessed it. Nope. No flavored crust. Don't have this problem at any other location. Order flavored crust, get flavored crust. Just not at the one on Michigan. But since I'm not going to drive across town get what I ordered, we've just been going to the other two places down the street from them.

I ordered a large veggie pizza as usual, veggies were light, tomatoes were chopped in chunks instead of sliced, few olives and mushrooms, nothing else, except loads of onions. Worse pizza I ever had at this location. Put the women back in the kitchen, they know how to make a pizza.

Joseph the supervisor was really rude! There was hair on both of my pizzas. He would not replace the pizzas. I asked him for the general manager’s name He proceeded to hang up in my face. When someone spends their money on something the order should be fixed promptly or replaced. No one deserves to have hair all over their food and to be hung on. This was uncaused for, if you don’t want to work go find another job with a better attitude. I spent my money for pizza not for freaking hair to be on it. Horrible customer service!

*edit* you can bypass the call center and the manager made things right. I updated ratings to reflect this. *Edit* I absolutely hate their new call service. It's a foreign call center and they screwed up my order. I wanted large subs because it's wacky Wednesday because that's the deal. I even asked about the deal. The person put in regular and I'm pretty sure I paid full price. I absolutely feel ripped off.

Ordered a LG 1/2 bbq chicken and the other 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom....which I have order SEVERAL times....they decide to put their bbq sauce on top if the pepperoni side as well....spoke with manager and he said unless you tell them NOT to put the bbq sauce on entire pizza that's what they do because some people like it!!!!Well I don't!!! He is not fixing it and I'm sooooo disappointed with this....last pizza from there!!!
