I really will never be able to understand how anyone can leave a negative review for this place, unless you are out town with a very high standards. Ate here 30 times at least, everything is always perfect.

The sashimi plate was delicious and made with quality cuts of fish. Was not a fan of the AJ roll, which had too much sweet chili sauce that drowned everything else out. Waiter was attentive and kind but we were waiting for our food for a long time.

Amazing. Best sushi I’ve had in a long time, it’s hard to find great food in Pensacola especially coming from Texas. I was so impressed by the quality of the food and the service. Han was our server and he was outstanding, he introduced us to the roll that he calls “The Han Special” and it’s a 10/10. I also never write reviews and felt the need to write one for this place. I will be coming back.

Horrible service!! 0/10 do not recommend. I went in to place a to go order! While other employees sat around, the hostess told me to hold on. I sat for 20 minutes and no one came to take my order, and the place wasn’t even packed.

Went with the fam on V-day, first time ever eating there at that location. First time eating at an Ichiban, actually.
Our server was awesome! Made sure we were all taken care of and accommodated and he never rushed us.
I like they give you a warm damp washcloth to clean your hands before they serve you.
I started out with hot Ginger Tea & Ice Water I got the Cehiken Teriyaki Bento Box with Miso Soup + California Roll with the Ginger & Wasabi.
Everything was delicious, tho the Teriyaki Chicken did seem dry, but hey, it was my first time and maybe that's how it was supposed to be, idk. I'm not saying it didn't taste good, it was just dry / chewy.
Other than that, everything was great, especially the Egg Roll & Crab Rangoon or whatever it was. I still haven't eaten the California Roll yet tho. I got that in to-go box. I'll eat it in the morning and if I don't edit this review then it was good too.
So the atmosphere was nice tho I guess since it was Valentines Day they were playing popular mainstream love songs, which was fine.
Would I go back? yes Would I take a date there on V-day? ....idk, probably not. 😆
