each plate was 10/10 we got the yaki udon with THE most tender beef I’ve had anywhere, warm spices and delicious mushrooms (my favorite). The red tiger was perfect with tender tuna, light, crispy cucumber, flaked tempura and topped with spicy ponzu. The egg drop soup was cozy and simple, lastly the cheese yakimando were familiar and delicious as always. I have no doubt everything on the menu from ichaban is killer. The atmosphere was soft and tranquil lit by romantic candles...
October Special Crimson Phoenix was really good, and you can’t go wrong with a Happy Salmon. Our server Josh made it really fun and brought the good vibes, don’t forget the Ginger Tea!
Amazing food. This is our second time to eat here, and everything we tried was outstanding. I had the teriyaki chicken bento box, a side of fried rice (amazing) and my husband had a Boston roll with a side of fried rice. Everything was great! Highly recommend!
