I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff, food and overall experience is at Ichiban on Davis Hwy Pensacola. As someone who works for a family business I appreciate the staffs politeness and their willingness to engage with customers making them feel welcomed. You will not find a better sushi or Korean barbecue spot in the Pensacola area.
Excellent sushi restaurant. Our server was Haan and he was great. They give you warm hand towels right from the start. The menu is huge. There are so many roll options it's hard to choose! I got the Cowboy Roll and my bf got the surf and turf roll. Both excellent. We were very satisfied with the service and food!
The sushi's presentation and taste were decent, but the main dishes, such as the teriyaki chicken and grilled eel bento, were overly salty, affecting the overall experience. Additionally, the side dishes were neither visually appealing nor flavorful. However, the service provided by the waitstaff was exceptionally attentive and meticulous, which was commendable.
