When they first opened the food was genuinely pretty good and so was the price. We used to go every 2 weeks our so but lately we have been getting incredibly small portions, food with not as much flavor, seemingly cheaper ingredients but wayyy over priced. It’s truly disappointing because I supported them for so long.

Theres a famous proverb of mine.
“no matter how tasteless food you make, but serving it hot will improve the taste”.
This was totally opposite at this restaurant, when i went there on sunday and stone cold food was being served and it ruined it.
Will not go again

Very good food. They were able to accommodate our requests for mild and very spicy seasonings.
Highly recommend Indian Grill.

I enjoyed the cheese garlic naan bread and the rice. The meats were dry and had a strange texture. There wasn’t a meat I tried that I would ever order again. The place was empty which concerned me. It was way too expensive for the quality.

Best Indian in Pensacola hands down. I've never had a bad meal. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Heck, the goat karani was even boneless!! Great naan, great tandoori, and superb chutney. I've had their korma and aloo Gobi before too, and again, delicious. The mint and onion chutney might be homemade! Either way, it's delicious!

Food wasn't bad. But they have roaches. They gave me a to go box and a roach was on it. Not a water bug!

We went in at 6pm on a Thursday night. The place was completely dead. The dinning room felt very empty with little character and the tables were set with some kind of paper as a table cloth. The drinks were only bottled and very expensive. Having know this I would not have ordered a 4 dollar water when I only wanted tap. The chicken samosas were decent but lacked any real flavor and were $6 for just two. The garlic cheese Nan was good but it seemed way too bready for an authentic Nan. When ordering my girlfriend asked the waiter if there was anything not a lot of people ordered that he thought was good. The waiter then vaugly gestured to the menu and muttered something about it all being good. She chose a goat dish at a medium heat and I seeing that the resurant claimed to be authentic chose a mild butter chicken expecting it to still have a decent amount of spice. My butter chicken was the wrong color it was very red. The chicken pieces were very small and it was somehow sweet and not at all spicy as I wanted it to be. And maybe this is my mistake for ordering a mild spice but I honestly expected more heat out of an authentic Indian restaurant. Overall the whole experience was not worth the money and I will not be returning.

Food was ok but really bland, atmosphere was terrible there's like no decor I'm sad eating there. Prices are way too high for what you get especially the quality and absolutely no one was there. It was a dry experience and whole their naan was good it tasted more baked than actually made in a tandoor. Waiter was extremely unhelpful especially for recommendations and he wasn't mean but wasn't really anything. Also their "sweet tea" is bottled tea and is $4 DOLLARS.

The food was just incredibly underwhelming. The tikka masala was just flat taste wise.

Disappointed does not describe my experience with Indian Grill this evening. I made a pickup order online via a link on their website for ReposO. My Total was almost $70 for 3 entrees which included a service charge and taxes. ReposO said the order would be ready in 20 minutes.

Upon arrival to pick up the order, the employees not only didn't have it ready, THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW there was an order. The scurried look up and fill the order.

They handed over the bag, and we left.

At home, we were very excited to eat our meal. Our previous experience was stellar.

IMMEDIATE DISGUST AND DISAPPOINTMENT

Portions were tiny, meat was nearly invisible. $70!!! NOPE

Returning to the store for a full refund, we were told they couldn't do that.

Never recommending this place again, and hope they go out of business.
