I definitely enjoy eating at this restaurant! The staff are friendly and great. I love all the healthy options and they have a great twist on some classic entries. I appreciate they also have customizable meals and a meal plans.

This place is everything! It is far ahead of it's time here in Pensacola. For one, being on a grain free and vegan diet can be such a challenge. But this place rises to the occasion. The beverages are phenomenal. Don't skip those. You will leave this place feeling satisfied and energized, not bloated and lethargic. The orangy salmon was great and the desserts rock! The service is beyond excellent. This is a hidden gem in Pensacola for sure:)

My neighbor turned me on with the eatery. I stopped by, ordered the farm fresh goddess salad.So good with a price that will not run you broke for lunch. Good customer service. They actually want to assist their customers.

This is the place to go if you are looking for lighter, healthy fair that is still filling at a good price ($9 a plate). We had the orangey salmon, Berry Bliss salad with shrimp (large, fresh shrimp), Porkey Potatoes, and a custom chicken and rice bowl. All of them were very well prepared and made from scratch when we ordered. Their blackberry basil fresca and raspberry lemonade were also high quality. Highly recommended for someone looking for a healthy lunch before a more typical fried fish dinner.

My trip to IQ eatery was most definitely less than satisfactory. I chose the build your bowl option and the portions were so tiny that it wouldn’t even fill up a child. The sauces I got were also both so liquidy that it just sunk to the bottom of the container and didn’t add any flavor to the meal. My husband got the orange salmon and had to eat a second lunch because it wasn’t even near filling enough. The freezers for meals to take on the go were also very empty and there weren’t many options at all. I understand “portion control” as I have prepped meals for about 2 years for myself but this was just a rip off. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Some good, some bad. I would not recommend this place. Ordering was a pain. Couldn't order online as there were no available spots? Called and explained that, the lady didn't offer any good explanation and I had to ask her to take our order instead of her offering. She slowly repeated everything thing I said but still had to be corrected. When she gave me the total it was $10 more than online! She couldn't explain that. When we got there had to wait longer than they said and found out the lady had put us down for an extra bowl! On the upside they gave us the extra bowl and three cookies no charge. Down side super bland unseasoned food that we had to force our children to eat. The cookies and steak we're good. Wouldn't go back.

Finally. A healthy TASTY place to add to the one or two others in Pensacola. Cozy but excellent. I got the Bro Pro Bowl but will be trying their cauliflower crust pizzas real soon. Eat in or to go or buy frozen options that change weekly.Edit: They also have iQ Clean option you can request for cooking with less oil & salt.Vegan & Paleo etc friendly.
I was so happy to find a place that offers clean, delicious food. Everything around here is always deep fried. Upon ordering the staff made it known they truly do care and that actually shows a world of difference. I havent experienced that anywhere else being stationed here except for a small eatery back home. The food was savory and delicious, those words are understatements cause the food is that good. You guys definitely made my day and I will definitely order more from y’all with my time being here. Thank you!!!

I'll give this place being a benefit of the doubt of being friendly service. Second I walked in through the door I have to say it was nice and friendly service. Fast as well not too mention that the place is honestly in my opinion one of your healthier places to eat. Don't let the vegetable part run you off they got bacon cheeseburgers etc. This place is great for food. I will make sure to visit this place down the road again.
