What an amazing selection of cocktails and wine! We came for happy hour and had the cocktails, wings and truffle fries. The wings are spectacular with a special twist. You can tell everything here is made with care and perfection. Definitely will return for the food, drinks and atmosphere. A great team here! Our bartender, Hunter, was top notch!

The glasses (both water and martini glasses) had the smell of dirty dishes—that ruined the experience of the drinks. When our waitress took our appetizer plates, she picked our forks off the plates and set them on the bare table (at this price point I would have expected new forks). Sodas came out in cans. I don't go to $50-100 per person restaurants to be given a can of Sprite. This was the weirdest experience at this price point I've ever had. A street vendor would have given comparable results at a quarter the price tag.

We came in town for a funeral, stayed in downtown, and were looking for a quiet place to end the evening and connect - this place was perfect. The food was wonderful, drinks even better, and atmosphere quiet and calm after a long day.

I chose the filet for my entree. I requested the filet be prepared Pittsburgh medium. I fully expected to hear multiple excuses why the kitchen could not accommodate my request in the same manner I’ve experienced at older and larger restaurant’s I’ve dined at in Pensacola proclaiming to have the ‘Best Steak’; however, Ashley responded with a pleasant Yes. The filet was extraordinary…perfectly seasoned, the flavor was consistent and never failed.
Congratulations to Iron for stepping outside the ‘tourist box’ of dining and creating something unique and beautiful in Pensacola, Florida.
