The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Very disappointed. This is not the Chilli's restaurant it is a door dash only take out. You can not get the curly fries or prices going into the store. Very deceiving.

Order for the boneless wings with fries combo. Fries were too extremely salty and the Nashville hot wings left too much of oil underneath. Not worth can do better if they keep these things in mind.
Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

I got my food delivered through door dash so I can’t really say much about the atmosphere , but I did get the boneless wings combo that you can pick from two flavors (I did garlic Parmesan and honey sriracha) they were so good . They didn’t take to long to make and drop off (about 25-30min) I’d eat it again.

My food was supposed to be ready at 9:56, I got one 22 piece boneless wings combo meal and it took 40 minutes. My food was soggy because of the waiting for my other wings and my drink was so watered down. Waited curbside for half of that time and nobody came out to bring food or talk to any of us at all the whole time and when I finally went inside even though my order was supposed to be curbside, the to-go server was not even at the counter for at least 15 minutes to greet everyone waiting and was rude and short when she finally did. Terrible customer service. I’ve been a server for 3 years now and I get it, there’s usually an issue in the back the customer doesn’t see but the restaurant was slow except for the togo and the kitchen, servers and manager were all laughing, cracking jokes and standing around. Usually love Chili’s to-go but tonight was something else.

Picked up wings for the family that we could barely eat. Threw most all of it away. Huge wings that were tough and undercooked. Not quality wings to start with. I’ll give the lady that brought the order out a thumbs up. She was friendly and happy doing her job!
