Love dining when they have their seasonal "special week" menus. Nice to try new dishes at a great price.
It was restaurant week and prime rib night so the place was very busy. We've been several times and brought our son and pregnant wife. We all loved everything
Our dinner at Jackson's Steakhouse was absolutely excellent! We opted for the Restaurant Week menu and were thrilled with our choices. I had the swordfish, which was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and a generous portion. My husband went with the shrimp pasta, and it was equally delicious—rich, well-seasoned, and satisfying. I also tried one of their blueberry mocktails, and it was refreshing and delightful—the perfect complement to the meal! The staff was incredibly attentive; we truly wanted for nothing throughout the evening. Service was warm, professional, and spot-on. I highly recommend Jackson's for a special night out in downtown Pensacola. We'll definitely be back!
Food was delicious. Danielle, our waitress, was extremely attentive and kind. The sommelier is extremely knowledgeable. We love Jackson's!
As a loyal fan of Atlas Oyster House, The Fish House, and Angelena's, I had high expectations for this addition to the restaurant group's portfolio. Unfortunately, our visit during Great Southern Restaurant Week was a major disappointment. Despite our excitement, the meal was "fair to middling" at best and did not live up to the group's reputation or its fine-dining price point. From the prix-fixe menu, the Loaded Potato Soup was flavorful but suffered from unevenly cooked, oversized potato chunks. The Beef Tournedos were a significant letdown; ordered medium-rare, they arrived blue and unrested, leaving the plate a mess of myoglobin. To finish, the Espresso Tartlet was so underwhelming I stopped eating after two bites. My husband's BBQ Pork Croquettes were also a miss, featuring a dense, tough exterior and a mushy interior. While the cocktails were fantastic and the service was excellent, the kitchen simply didn't deliver. We won't be returning to pay steakhouse prices for such inconsistent quality.
Jackson's is a MUST DO for the very best Steakhouse in Pensacola! This is our go-to for special occasions, and they never disappoint. We always have a wonderful time. The food and the service are always excellent! Thank You So Much!
Cocktail did not arrive until after the appetizer which was a long time since we'd been there a while already. We were charged for the free drink and had to request a correction on the bill. Service was slow, although we've had better service in the past.
Amazing service - top notch! As always the lunch was amazing. My daughter and I both had the most delicious ( the best I've ever had) French Dip sandwich ! My husband also had a delicious petite steak . Desserts - their whisky bread pudding and toffee chocolate mousse - oh boy!
Great atmosphere! Very cozy and intimate dining space. Great space for all occasions. The food selection was excellent and good quality. Easy to locate and the Staff was great!

Mandy was our server and she did a wonderful job taking care of us! Food was great! We will definitely visit again .
We had a delicious dinner. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was superior. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area.
My wife and I had dinner there. To start my wife had the blueberry lemon drop martini and I had an Old Fashioned. Her martini was excellent, my Old Fashioned was a little too sweet for my taste and a little pricey at $16.50. We had the wedge salad which was excellent. For dinner I had the grouper over risotto. It was a very nice size of fish and cooked just right. My wife had the tenderloin tournedos. Both dishes we outstanding. For dessert we received a complimentary Blueberry Cheesecake because it was my birthday. It wasn't the typical cheesecake in that it was heated with ice cream on top. It was delicious. We can't say enough about our waiter Brandon. He was very engaging and excellent in every way. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, while being a bit pricey with our meal topping over $200 for the two of us. That is why we only go to Jackson's for special occasions.
Amanda, our server is always amazing, prompt and attentive. The ambiance is perfect and the food never disappoints. Absolutely our favorite steakhouse!
Loved it and big shoutout to Brandon for being very considerate and giving great suggestions.
