Went for the traditional Rosh Hashanah meal, but there was no menu for it available. Asked the ladies at the front and all they said was it's on the website - true, but not easy to find. The apple starter was truly underwhelming, but the main was delicious. The service was a bit rushed; had to slow things down. Our waitress was fantastic. Jackson's is our go-to spot in Pensacola; this special meal/menu could have been presented a little bit better.

Waiter was outstanding the whole time there, but we was there for my wife birthday and she was not recognized for this celebration. So overall all was good experience, but will not be celebrating there again due to her not being recognized like other people there was for there birthday celebration and I made sure it was on my reservation when made. Once again Jackson's did not disappoint. Our out of town guest had a relaxing and wonderful evening of fabulous drinks blueberry martinis and wine, appetizers, steaks and dessert. We love Jackson's. Thomas our waiter as usual is both knowledgeable in drinks foods and desserts and has you wanting to try everything on the menu. The presentation and mouthwatering food only makes you want to come back for more. You will not be disappointed. Ask for Thomas and you will have an evening you will never forget. Our out of towners want to go back everytime. Thanks Jackson's for another wonderful evening with you.

First time at Jackson Steakhouse. Great experience. Noise was fine until new customer at next table turned their phone on some type of video with the speaker on high--went on for several minutes. Nonetheless, great experience. Food was good (had their 16 oz. prime rib special). Will definitely go back again.
