Great high end steak house. Staff was highly attentive and pushed the line of passionate. Diner was expensive but worth it. Steaks were exactly as ordered and sides were competitive for the best tastes offered.Kid-friendliness: Do not bring children

A staple in downtown Pensacola! Have not been disappointed. If you sit at the bar get Robin, if you get a table get Kathy to serve you.Definitely worth the money and a special time.

Wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary. This is our second time at Jackson's and it did not disappoint. The host staff was friendly and welcoming. We were seated quickly and our server (whose name escapes me) was courteous and professional. She explained the specials for the day and helped with recommendations. We shared our meal as each portion was plentiful. Highly recommend the blue crab beignets.

Steak was raw, ice cold in the middle. Zero seasoning or sear. Millard reaction was zero. When I told them they took the same steak and rewarmed it. Unacceptable! Absolutely terrible even once warmed to correct temp. No flavor no marbling not even a ribeye structure. Just a big hunk of roast beef it seemed to me. Didn’t contain a cap, eye, or a point. Just one chunk of random beef. I’ve had better chuck roast. I brought the entire piece home, after an awful sample taste, to slice up and feed to my dog. I wouldn’t even consider eating this garbage, I spent 120 dollars here and didn’t even get dinner. It was awful. I can do better at home on a Webber. I am appalled at the food I was served, it was all atrocious, the wild mushroom risotto tasted like lunch line food. Like it came from a cafeteria. The only good thing I had was the bread and they don’t even make that, it comes from a different local company. The people who like this place have never had good food, this is terrible. If you need advice on how to make a quality dining experience I’d be open to sharing my knowledge please contact me with inquisitions.

A favorite of mine be is the Tuesday prime rib special, but wife wanted to try the lobster special on Monday so we made reservations and went tonight. 5 star for everything but table. (6 star for waitress). We were nearly first to arrive and had made reservations but the hostess chose to seat us right next to the bathroom as seen in the photo right next to my head while at my seat. Next time maybe will skip the reservation and go to the bar.

The food, service and atmosphere were awesome. I had the salmon entree which was spectacular and husband had the prime rib special. Definitely a top notch restaurant.

Service was great, the food was terrible. I eat a lot of ribeye and I had their cut; the steak was very bland, the whipped potatoes were also bland. This is not the place to get steak. Will not go back and do not recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff, cuisine, coordination and presentation. The experience was just wonderful! Absolutely recommend this restaurant. Hands down one of the BEST steak houses I've ever been to. Thank you so much for everything!

Our dining experience at Jackson's Steakhouse recently was exceptional, and a big reason was Thomas, our waiter. He just had a way of presenting the evening as a comprehensive and incredibly special experience. The food was delicious. The ambiance was restful and even restorative. We cannot recommend the restaurant any higher. Five stars!! Many Thanks for the Memory!!

This is a dining experience from beginning to end. The food and service are unparalleled. From the time we walked in the door, we were met with an outstanding wait staff and the best food we have had in a long time. The price is well worth the experience.

The steaks are always consistent. We live near Rosemary Beach and always look forward to an event at the Saenger Theater so we can dine at Jackson's! This time we got different sides, the Brussels sprouts and the pimento cheese grits. Brussels sprouts were fantastic — pimento cheese grits you can probably skip. I'd eat pimento cheese on almost anything, but do it with mashed potatoes, not grits. Just not great. Will get two orders of the sprouts next time!

Had ,chopped salad, was large enough to split, loved the tournedos and were cooked to perfection. Appetizer pork belly was divine. L loved the desert, chocolate mouse, was thick and smooth and oh so rich!! Fabulous server!! Everything was perfect, as usual at Jacksons!

My wife and I usually pick Jackson's for our Date Night. We have always had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone. Our last visit was exceptional! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. He was a very friendly and engaged in good conversation without being distracted from his work.

I made a reservation back in JANUARY for my family to celebrate my husband's graduation and mini delayed valentine dinner, my family and i got there 15mins early as one should for reservations, we were not told there's an "event"?but also understandingly we have to wait for the actual time, but to be told the dessert i preorderd is not available, we have to sit at the back because of said "event"...they don't have a waiting area for customers so with our kids we waited outside till they are ready. Waited extra 10min and i think doing our part of showing up and being patient we had to leave. We were hungry and had high hopes. Good riddance from Seattle.
