Bartenders did not practice proper sanitation procedures which we witnessed first hand .

They will be closing permanently in a few weeks so try it while you can...business will be replaced with a pizza hamburger joint...one can only be optimistic that it will do the neighborhood proud.

Second time for brunch at Jaco’s. Food was great and it was a beautiful day to sit outside. What impressed me the most was the service we received from Melissa. She’s been our server both times we’ve been here for brunch and she is amazing! Incredibly warm and friendly. Top notch service!

Local to the area. Tried this place a few times now just hoping it would get better. First couple times were carry out so i gave the benefit of the doubt. Most recent was in person. Food sucks is the bottom line. Crab cakes that look and taste like bland balls. Tiny slivers of fish in tacos. Flatbreads that are tiny with frozen chicken and a pound of bbq sauce. Service is mediocre at best. Oh, and wayyy over priced for the quantity and quality.

I thought this would be great like the one downtown but it lacked everything from food quality to service. First look, there was trash all over outside and the bathrooms needed attention. The waiter, bartender and I believe the manager, looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. We ordered wine, beer and cheeseburgers. The wine was a sad pour, beer ok, and the cheeseburgers weren't hot and lacked flavor.

We were visiting a church in the area and looking for a place to eat - thanks Google! Our wait was about ten minutes, which wasn't bad since there was a slight lunch rush after we arrived. Our waitress had a great attitude and checked in on us regularly. The food was also great. They had $3 bloody Mary's for brunch.

First time here. Just moved to Pensacola from the west coast!! So trying out new spots. Great friendly service except the wait was about 20 minutes on a Sunday but that speaks volumes of how good a place is.

We were staying with friends at Beach Colony and decided to go have dinner at Jellyfish, hostess was very rude about the wait so we left when my wife's friend suggested Jaco's. Came right in, and was seated immediately. We were nervous because it didn't seem very busy for a weekend but WOW! So glad we came. I wasn't considering leaving a review so I didn't take any pictures, but a few days out, and a few bad experiences at other restaurants and I knew I needed to post how great Jaco's Perdidos was.The Shrimp Trio was crispy and well seasoned. Their cocktail sauce was unique, I think they use a smoked salt or smoked tomato ketchup or something in it. The Chicken Scallopini was perfect. I've never had it with mashed potatoes and now I wonder why it's not that way everywhere! Orange pie for dessert was epic.

I'm telling you, folks, you won't be disappointed with the poboy at this place! As a seasoned po'boy enthusiast, I can confidently say that they have perfected the balance of crunchy bread, tender meat, and flavor-packed toppings. And let's not forget the attention to detail - each sandwich is carefully crafted with all the fixings in just the right amount. That's why I'm thrilled to report that I've given this establishment my very first 10-out-of-10 rating. But don't just take my word for it - the quality of their food is only matched by the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. As soon as you step in, you'll notice how well-organized and spotless everything is. And for all you dog lovers out there, you'll appreciate that the restaurant's logo even features a cute pup. The fries are also highly recommended, and I have to say that they're the best I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit. I promise you won't regret it!Lisa gave us amazing service ! 10/10

Perfect seafood! Very low key atmosphere. Our experience was fabulous. From starters, to meals to desserts.

We love having brunch here. There are so many choices, everyone in the family finds a favorite and today I even tried something new. The fried green tomato tower was amazing!! It doesn't feel as fancy as the downtown location, but the Mimosas were good and our waitress was great.

Jaco's Perdido was great. I went with a friend at lunch. I had a shrimp appetizer. 3 different kinds of fried shrimp. All good but my favorite was the Kung pao shrimp. Just the right amount of spice. Delicious.Prices were good, serve was great, atmosphere good. Way to hot to sit outside in July. I will go back in the fall to try their large outdoor area. I did see people walk up with their dog.I'd recommend!!??????????

Expensive for what you get. The Flatbread pizza was a tortilla covered with the toppings. Even a pita bread would have passed better as a flatbread. After we ate, we dropped by Arby's to get something. The lettuce wraps were good, but small serving for the $. The salads are a good size though.

Bunny was fantastic -- she handled a busy weekend night at the bar with ease, ensured that our food order was fast and correct, and made great drinks!
