I can’t speak too much on the food or beverages because we didn’t get that far, however, the customer service here is absolutely horrible. The older gentleman who works here was rude and that interaction and how he treated my husband was so uncalled for. The woman at the booth tried to help but of course we no longer wanted service due to how rude the man came off. Distasteful, do better!

the boba is soooo so good!! have been going here since 7th grade (im in college now haha) and ive always loved every single drink i got here. the rest of the boba places at the mall cant compare to here and theres such a huge variety of options. witnessed a kinda rude/disrespectful customer ordering here today and they were still treated with respect and the owner was very patient and it was very impressive. as someone who has worked in food service for a while that is very hard to do lol?. i love this place and the people that work here !
