Jeremiah's Italian Ice

2 star for bait marketing, its not Italian ice cream, its just “Italian ice” with soft serve.
But the experience was good

The wait is finally over!! I have been wanting to try this place for a very long time, and tonight was the day. There are so many different italian ice flavors to pick from and the best part is that they let you sample the flavors before ordering.

The medium cup lets you pick 4 flavors! We ended up getting mango and Bahama mama...it was so refreshing and so delicious! I wish they had other locations in town.

This will be our special treat when we come on Nine Mile rd! The place is clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to try all the other flavors.

Love this place! Friendly staff, great tasting soft serve and Italian ice. They give samples so you can try before you order. Very affordable for what you get. I’ve tried over a dozen flavors and all are great.

Tip: When they ask if you want a lid if you’re ordering drive-thru say NO! If you can anyway. Putting the lid on will keep your treat safe but without the lid they go above the rim with the treat.

So yummy and affordable. Just very messy so heads up lol

This place was fantastic! Super clean, and the mural on the wall was beautiful—such a fun touch. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, never rushing us while we chose our flavors. They even had a list of common allergens available upon request, which is a huge plus for anyone with dietary needs. For example, they offered several Red Dye 40-free options! The Italian ice had a smooth texture and perfect consistency. Some flavors included chocolate chips or other mix-ins—personally, I’d prefer it without, but it was still delicious. They also offer ice cream, which can be added to your Italian ice for a fun twist. Highly recommend!

Didn’t know great customer service still exists. Wonderful and quick staff. Clean location!

Refused to take my $100 bill. Thanks for ruining a night out with my children. Never again! The employee was rude about it on top of that. I went to the gas station up the street and got change and brought my kids back as I had already promised them Jeremiah’s. This was a regular hang out for us, but never again.

I love this shop in Pensacola. The girls are always happy to serve, the environment is super clean, and the Italian Ice is absolutely delicious. The boys.. they hold it down as well. Definitely can't forget about them. At the risk slowing down the process of me getting my Italian ice, I highly recommend this shop. We are headed back now.
