I came in happy, ready for my favorite sub and there was no one in the front but I seen towards the back. There was gentleman’s eating subs having a good time. I will never come back in here if these are the people in charge. This is not acceptable. The store looks terrible.

Great food. Great staff they recommend items to my taste. I did the Italian in bowl lots food forbme three meals. First time going to jersey mikes and at the Navy Blvd store, however, store was bit dirty so took order to go.

I placed an online order at 11:19am, and by 12:20pm it still hadn’t been started. When I called to check on the delay, no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. After a long wait, someone finally picked up, but instead of helping, I was told to call back in half an hour.
I ended up going to the location in person to cancel the order and get food elsewhere for my family. When I arrived, they were still working on a large catering order, and it was clear that only two employees were trying to handle everything. It took another 10 minutes of me asking before they finally canceled my order and issued a refund.
If a location can’t fulfill regular online orders due to catering demands, they should consider disabling online ordering during those periods or at least assigning dedicated staff to handle them. The lack of communication and the long delay made for a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning to this location.

As of the crew they have in there now I will not be going back to Jersey Mike's they wrote down on a piece of paper what was supposed to be on the sandwich and made it totally wrong and then had an attitude when it went back in to get it right so Jersey Mike's is not what it used to be

I have been to this Jersey Mikes several times in the past and today I was so impressed with the customer service provided by every single employee I interacted with. They were super busy but still managed to engage positively with each customer. Even the way they spoke to each other was impressive. It’s hard to find work ethic like that these days. Oh and my sandwich was good too.

Absolutely the best crew working at this location. Unbelievable Amazing attitude and speed. It was a treat to see this place operating so well. Extremely well managed and respectful. Promote this crew!
DC was awesome. He was working hard when we came in, and made sure to still greet us with a smile. He was on his game. Made our sandwiches perfectly, and had a great personality. We will be back.
