Food was top-notch as usual, I got a fountain drink, and evidently, the was out CO2 because everything was flat.
Last night was our first time at a Jersey Mikes. Will definitely be back. Food was delicious but the staff was amazing. They explained how to order, told us their favorites and told us about the app and point system.

The owner was really rude and didn’t want to help us and just said call customer service. It was my little brother’s birthday and my dad’s birthday and we had two coupons. Before this we went to another location and we scanned them but they didn’t work so she said go to another one so we did and the Manager wade said he can’t do anything about it. It was my birthday 2 months ago and we had the same problem and my coupon said only redeem in Canada and she said that’s weird but she did it without a doubt. But this manger was so rude, he’s so greedy and didn’t want to give us anything. Horrible customer service. Horrible manager.

The Owners name is Wade, very rude and unprofessional. Customer service is horrible. Please stay away from this place. Better go to a different location nearby where you be treated right.
