This place used to be ran well. It’s so far from the mark now. I say this with authority at this point after consecutively getting 4 orders incorrect in some way or another.

This last one is probably the most inexcusable.

Online order, two giants and one regular.
ALL the bread was hard and stale. Asked for light on the sauces, doused instead. One of the giants (chicken Philly) was a regular - should have been extra cheese, no onions. Had to drive back up and have them create another regular.

So we get home and they made a Philly steak instead. So we have a regular Philly steak and a regular chicken Philly at this point… The chicken Philly had a BLOCK of cold cheese in it, not even melted.

Sheer lack of attention to detail over the course of the last four orders is just inexcusable and I am not getting paid to supervise them. This is the service you get.

The people are great and friendly but that is beside the point.

I am rarely compelled to write these things but I cannot recommend this place any longer. Been going for years now… another bites the dust.

I ordered 4 sandwiches for pick up. When I picked them up, they gave me our sealed bag and it only had 2 sandwiches, so I’m glad I checked before I left. I let them know, and they finished and gave me 2 other sandwiches. When we got home, they were not the correct order. 3 of the 4 sandwiches were not correct. And not just missing items, but completely incorrect (wrong meat type, a wrap instead of a sub). We also observed them using the same knife and cutting board to do gluten free and regular sandwiches together, so it’s not allergen friendly.

Horrible place they do the walk ins before the online orders while I ordered way ahead people come right in and get their food made and walk out and they are vary rude

I had the greatest experience at this location on Sunday December 15 and I would like for the employee responsible to receive the recognition they deserve. The young lady that helped me was younger, brown hair in a pony tail and she wore glasses. She went above and beyond for us and absolutely made our experience great and she made us feel so welcome. We will for sure be back.

When I walk in, the staff greets me, thanks me for coming in, takes my order and is usually very quick to prepare it (unless
it is a busy time, as one would expect). The subs are always tasty, with generous portions of meat and toppings. Highly recommend!

Came in to pick up a delivery. Watched the two teenagers working spend fifteen minutes not making the order and also not acknowledging other people in the store at all. Then they proceeded to throw bags of chips at each other that went in the order and drop them on the ground and put them into the to go bag. Maybe talk to your employees about food safety and sanity practices.

There were 3 workers tonight & they all were very slow. They had no sense of urgency & they were handing out the wrong subs to customers. Both subs that I ordered were very salty.

Just left with my sandwiches.. finally. After waiting 20 minutes after i had placed my order I asked if there was a problem. Was told by an employee he hadn't been trained on how to properly cut the pastrami yet! Low and behold I could see, what I assume to be the manager on the phone oblivious to his obviously new employees strugling. Haven't been in a while and after 24 bucks for 2 sandwiches, I will call in an order to an actual restaurant from now on. Oh yeah and they still forgot to add pickles. Go figure!
