I made a to-go order for about 18 subs for my office. When I came in, there were subs and boxes everywhere, obviously a very large catering order. They hadn't started on my order yet. But, I gave grace because they obviously had a system going, acknowledged me amd told me they would be working on it. They even helped guests coming in. They moved so quick and efficient. They didn't interact a whole lot but you could see their determination to help everyone and get things done. And when they did interact they were very nice. I know what it's like to be bombarded by big orders and business. Props to the 3 I saw working so hard to quickly meet everyone's needs. This was on 9/24 around 11:30.

I used to come to this shop everyday! loved everyone that worked there, such amazing people. I’ve been out of town over the summer, and the whole staff is new, it’s absolutely sad. I loved Tiffany and Hunter, two amazing souls! But i went in and they were gone and so was the old boss, they just don’t seem as nice anymore and the customer service doesn’t seem as good.

8.17.24...placed an online order to be ready for 6:30pm. Showed up to the store at 6:35pm and my order was ready. In the comment section for the sammy's i added extra lettuce and chipotle mayo and the crew working tonight did just that! I have had issues in the past with employee's not reading the notes on online orders but not tonight. Not sure the 3 crew members names that were working tonight but thank you for doing your job fully ?

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I explained to Charity my diet, and she recommended the Bowl. She was extremely helpful, and the bowl was delicious. Haven't been a customer before, but I'll definitely be back. Fast, friendly service!

I placed a catering order (last minute) for a sandwich box, and my "ready/pickup time" was 12:15pm. I arrived around 11:15pm (to show how desperate I was to get the order asap) and the kind and professional employees were working hard on a large catering order, PLUS the stream of customers coming in for lunch. Somehow they managed to get my order to me by 11:40am, 30+ minutes earlier than the estimated time!! I was so grateful and impressed with their hard work! ??

Edit to follow up: management company responded to review asking for more details via email. I followed up via email as requested and was never contacted back. Typical for negative reviews is to respond to post to appear to want to resolve an issue and better the customer experience, only to never follow up…
Second visit in last two weeks with same experience, same staff working, figured I’d share. 07 MARCH staff are terrible, store has food scraps on every table. Staff actively working on school or other tasks instead of greeting customers. Issues today were the staff wore the same gloves to clean the counters and utensils as they did to make the sandwiches. My wife ordered first and then the worker turned their back to me and started cleaning again rather than taking my order. When I stated I would like to place an order it seemed rather bothersome to the worker. The other staff member then took over to do the check out. We were asked “what is this” as she pointed to our subs rather rudely. Rang the subs and failed to ask if we would like drinks or chips etc and I had to prompt that question myself. The guest behind us in line was greeted with “what do you want” also rather rudely. Neither of these employees should be working in a customer service environment let alone food preparation.

Staff were constantly cleaning and were very helpful. A disabled man came in and instead of ignoring him, they politely listened to him and made him feel welcome. Highly recommend. Great food too!
