I had an incredible experience at the Jersey Mike’s on 9 Mile Road, thanks to Joshua and the entire crew. From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the team worked like a well oiled machine. The ingredients were fresh, the sandwiches were made with care, and the service was fast without ever feeling rushed.

I want to especially recognize Joshua, who stood out for his professionalism and passion. Watching him balance taking orders, running the kitchen, and keeping everything clean showed a level of focus and pride you don’t see every day. He moved with purpose, cleaned as he worked, and treated every detail as if it mattered, because to him, it clearly does. You can tell this is someone who genuinely loves what he does and could excel in any kitchen, from casual to fine dining.

If every location had a Joshua leading by example, Jersey Mike’s would be the gold standard of fast casual dining everywhere.

Ordered a number 12 and the meat was so thin you can see through it. Unacceptable for the price.

Everything was great, however, I was so surprised that, at first, they charged us for tap water from the fountain machine. When I questioned this, the young man took the cost off of the bill. I called the store later on the day, and, talked to, whom I figured was the manager after learning that they do charge for water. She was very nice and told me not to worry about since I told her I would send some money to cover the cost. I guess from now on, I will bring my own water😀

I placed an order ahead of time. I went In the the location and saw nu food sitting there. The person refuses to acknowledge my presence. Why have a pickup location if you are going to ignore customers who are picking up their food. I stood there more than 5 minutes and had no one say anting and they kept helping others.

I used to enjoy eating here. This place has really went downhill in the last year since the last manager left. She was always great, they really messed up when she left. The whole atmosphere and employees are different.

Holy crap the workers were arguing for at least 30 minutes while we were trying to eat, and the sweet lady making our subs had to deal with customers while the managers dished it out. So unprofessional. The lady behind the counter was great, I feel bad for her. 10/10 food, 1/10 professionalism.

I made a to-go order for about 18 subs for my office. When I came in, there were subs and boxes everywhere, obviously a very large catering order. They hadn't started on my order yet. But, I gave grace because they obviously had a system going, acknowledged me amd told me they would be working on it. They even helped guests coming in. They moved so quick and efficient. They didn't interact a whole lot but you could see their determination to help everyone and get things done. And when they did interact they were very nice. I know what it's like to be bombarded by big orders and business. Props to the 3 I saw working so hard to quickly meet everyone's needs. This was on 9/24 around 11:30.

I used to come to this shop everyday! loved everyone that worked there, such amazing people. I’ve been out of town over the summer, and the whole staff is new, it’s absolutely sad. I loved Tiffany and Hunter, two amazing souls! But i went in and they were gone and so was the old boss, they just don’t seem as nice anymore and the customer service doesn’t seem as good.
