We came to dine in with my family and I had to use the ladies room, as I was waiting the lady inside the stall flushed the restroom and the sewer water bubbled up and filled the bathroom floor. I was wearing thin flats and the dirty, black water filled my shoes. I came out of the bathroom and kindly told our waiter to call the manager who popped out to say she was aware of the situation, disregarded me and left me speaking as she stormed away. Awful service.

I picked up a Thanksgiving meal for my family and it was so easy. I pulled up and they loaded it up. The staff was happy to help. I got some of everything. The smoked ham was the best I ever tasted. It's very big too. My dad loved the corn on the cob! Everything was delicious, oh, and did I say easy!! We also had brisket and BBQ chicken. So good!

If i ever have $20 to spend on disappointment ill be sure to swing by.. ladies inside were lovely and very polite. Brisket sandwich was dryer then my wife’s sense of humor. Mac and cheese was depressing. Beans where.. beans i guess. only thing that was spot on was the large Coke i got.

I was recently diagnosed with a Brain tumor - on Halloween this year, in the ICU for 9 days - CT/ brain biopsy. Having seizures - though no history of such. I can’t drive or work & I’m so weak, waiting for treatment options.
In lieu of cooking due to my circumstance, I opted to order food for pick up for me n my 2 kids. I had NOT eaten at Jim N Nicks prior to- but had REALLY been wanting to. It looks so pretty on the outside. I was so excited for our thanksgiving meal from them.
I had a friend take me to pick up my holiday dinner on Wednesday. Service was received with a smile(s). Slight mix up discovered after I got home. Called JNN - And The manager had food delivered for free - to my doorstep within 20 minutes. No question asked. I wish I’d got his name. Super awesome guy!!
I would recommend Jim n nicks to anyone who loves barbecue😋😋😋
Craving barbecue, just GO. You won’t be disappointed. If you go in anywhere, with a good attitude and positive vibe.. you’ll not be disappointed.
I want Jim N Nicks every day😋 especially since I’m so weak, can’t drive or work. Would be nice if I could afford to get it every day.
Also note, it was so good, that if I live until next Thanksgiving or more.. I am never cooking a turkey again. I will be ordering Jim N Nicks FROM NOW ON!

The food was not good. A real bar B Q place doesn't serve the meat with sauce all over it. Real Bar B Q doesn't need sauce to be good. The person that takes your order should ask you if want sauce or not. Not worth the money.

I loved my food tonight. The turkey and the brisket have so much flavor. The bbq sauce hits the spot. The beans are my favorite. Definitely my go to place for some bbq and smoked brisket.
so this is a new style Jim n Nicks, you order at the counter , not full service, not an experience I'm used to with Jim n Nicks, if I'm paying 60 dollars for two people to eat , I'm going to experience full service the style we are used to in Birmingham and other places, with as many retiree's and loyal Jim n Nicks fans I think it's stupid to open a new concept, most of your true fans have experienced y'all before and love the style service they had, you are essentially running the loyal runs off and hoping to get new fans ...I'll have my Jim n Nicks when I visit Birmingham.
Updated to say, visit Mission BBQ, Pensacola's newest BBQ, it's more about the veterans , even has veteran parking, the little things in a military town .
