“I recently ordered from this location for delivery. They were extremely busy so they outsourced the delivery to Uber eats. When Uber delivered my order they also gave me someone else's order. I called the Uber driver repeatedly but they would not answer. I called Jimmy John's and explained the situation and they told me the Uber driver refused to come back.(LAZY)So instead of this order going to waste and then remaking it, the employees and manager made a quick decision to come back and pick it up from me and then deliver to the rightful customer. They did all of this so quickly and seamlessly! They were extremely nice and professional! Very impressive! Quality is always on point and this situation made it all the better! Love this location!“

“For a sandwich shop, this place always is great. Never had a bad sandwich here and we come maybe 3-4 times a month. It is on Navy Blvd, about a mile north of the main gate entrance to NAS Pensacola. The staff is generally friendly, super fast, and the building is clean and great A/C. We use the online ordering a lot too and they are super fast making the sandwich.
Located right beside a Dunkin Donuts so you can find it easily!!
Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich or veggie Mediterranean wrap are great
