They always forget to add the change to the sandwich and leave out the side, avocado or jalapeno ranch sauce. Have not had one order completely correct. They are best for the quick delivery, just not the accuracy for the order itself.

Oh my! I am flabbergasted by what just transpired. I ordered delivery. If I had not of called I would have never known it was never going to be delivered. So I went and picked it up. I received 2 thin slices of turkey on a Hugh roll. With tons of mayonnaise. I ordered avocado. ? yeah right not even that. I will be disputing my payment for sure. We as consumers should never have to put up with such nonsense.

On April 8 a small group from my office went to this store to eat lunch. We were eating at the store. One in our party order an Unwich which is like a bread less sandwich. It became messy. She went to the counter and asked for a plastic fork. The employee told her could not have one. I could see a jar of plastic forks so I approached and asked explaining the messy sandwich. I was told we would need to buy potato salad to get one. I exclaimed, “ Are you’re really going to deny a plastic fork?” A delivery driver standing near rudely said yes. I asked for the manger. A young lady approached a restated their rules and would not allow giving a plastic fork. In fact I learned it was corporate policy. This became a surreal scene from Seinfeld. Three people in line start laughing and saying this was just wrong. When I said I’ll go next door and get one the manager begrudgingly gave me a fork. Clearly this is our last visit and no more purchases for office events. Forks are more important to the business than customer satisfaction. Seriously speaking I enjoy the sandwiches but service was disappointing!

I recently ordered from this location for delivery. They were extremely busy so they outsourced the delivery to Uber eats. When Uber delivered my order they also gave me someone else's order. I called the Uber driver repeatedly but they would not answer. I called Jimmy John's and explained the situation and they told me the Uber driver refused to come back.(LAZY)So instead of this order going to waste and then remaking it, the employees and manager made a quick decision to come back and pick it up from me and then deliver to the rightful customer. They did all of this so quickly and seamlessly! They were extremely nice and professional! Very impressive! Quality is always on point and this situation made it all the better! Love this location!

This place is awesome. Freaky fast and great atmosphere. This young man made my day with his phenomenal service and delightful attitude. I can also tell he works out, because his biceps and forearms rippled with strength as he made my delicious sandwich.

it's taken them 1.5 hours to make and delivery one sandwich wrap. it's a 5 minute drive to me and i offered to pick it up but they insisted on delivering. sandwich still isn't here. if you want things done right just do them yourself i guess :/

Terrible experience. Haven’t been to a JJs in forever, my boyfriend and I wanted a quick low carb lunch delivered and got 2 unwiches for delivery. After 40min of waiting I call the restaurant b/c it’s still was not out for delivery. I called 3x and the phone number doesn’t work. So at 55min after ordering I drive over to the JJs and they’re finally (over an hr after order) about to walk out the door with it. He had a good 7-10 orders with him so I assume it would’ve been another hr for delivery (nothing sounds better than room temp deli meat on a lettuce wrap that’s been sitting with oil and vinegar for 2hr Al before eating right?). So I ask the delivery guy for my order and get in line to get a refund for the $10 worth of delivery and tip I had pre-paid for. They said they can’t do that and can only give me store credit, I tell them I’m not impressed with my experience and won’t be coming back and would like a refund not store credit. Who I assumed was the manager (she didn’t introduce herself) snapped that unless they cancel the whole order they can’t refund they can only do credit. So I gave them back my order and requested a refund (I assume the food went in the trash which is also sad and wasteful). They said they’d do it later and wrote some info from the delivery tag on a post it note. I said I would wait until they could process it as I would like a receipt that I got a refund and stepped back to wait with ppl waiting for their food. They finally got my refund receipt, the guy at the counter just seemed overwhelmed as they were busy but the (assumed) manager was pretty rude and I was obviously a huge inconvenience to her. I would give zero stars if I could, I didn’t get to try the food and service was abysmal. I hadn’t been to a JJs in a long time for service issues and obviously they’ve done nothing to improve it. A quick meal order turned into a 2hr ordeal and my boyfriend and I missed lunch.

Very disappointed!! A regular customer for years. Stopped by on my way home from work to grab some water with 0 customers in the store and employee sitting with phone.Brought in my OWN clean, plastic 20oz. cup and asked kindly if I could get an ICE WATER. Employee agreed to fill my cup for .50 cents??For water? Charging for water with no use of your cup inventory? Really? I declined and left.Owners must know that they just lost a customer over a gratis cup of water after spending hundreds over the years... ridiculous!!

I haven't had Jimmy John's sandwiches before but I truly loved the way their sandwich sub taste. I may not go here a lot but certainly I will be coming back again and again. The service was a flash and I am amazed how quickly it was made. This place get a true 5 ⭐ from me.
