Stopped in today for a Beach Club with hot peppers and this store did not disappoint! It was probably the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The pickle and cookie were good too, but the sandwich was the star. The staff here works together like a well oiled machine and are very friendly. I’ll be back for sure

I hate to leave a bad review for this location, but the girl who took my order not only did she tap all over the Cash register she immediately started making my sandwich in front of me after she tapped on it. There should be separate people one taking orders the other ones making a sandwich

Dec 11 2024 ordered curbside pick up. Waited 10 minutes after order was ready. Went inside and was told that my order was "misplaced ". Unwrapped sandwich and it was completely wrong. Buyer beware of certain staff members on certain days. Hopefully the manager will see this and retrain the weakest link or find someone who actually cares about the paycheck they are receiving. Note...I've never had bad service before.

For a sandwich shop, this place always is great. Never had a bad sandwich here and we come maybe 3-4 times a month. It is on Navy Blvd, about a mile north of the main gate entrance to NAS Pensacola. The staff is generally friendly, super fast, and the building is clean and great A/C. We use the online ordering a lot too and they are super fast making the sandwich.
Located right beside a Dunkin Donuts so you can find it easily!!
Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich or veggie Mediterranean wrap are great
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking and wheelchair friendly.
My wife and I picked up food from here while visiting NAS. This was only due to the fact that they will not deliver to the Navy Lodge on post, when every other place surrounding them does. I ordered the gargantuan sandwich, which cost $21 and added bacon, which after finishing it realized I did not taste bacon at all, but got charged nearly $4 extra for it. They also do not offer a military discount in a military town. Not worth the price, or the trip.

Below average. Ordered a single sub at about 8 PM. Place was empty. And my order was wrong. Spicy East Coast with no spicy Jimmy peppers. No honoring extra requests in customizations. And when I walked into the shop, while greeted, employees looked miserable.

My sandwich was prepared exactly as I ordered it and it was freaky fast, as advertised. We took my grandmother here for her first visit to Jimmy John's. She loved all the signs and funny sayings and said it reminded her of a soda fountain she used to visit in the 1950s.
