You may want to teach your employees how to handle customer calls on the phone. I called to ask a simple question, the man who answered said "hello" (no introduction, nothing. I wasnt sure I even had the right number) he was very rude and hung up on me. Not once, but twice when I tried to call back. Horrible customer service.
I have waited over 40 minutes for my order. Ridiculous! My lunch hour is over! Thought they were built on freaky fast... not today!!! 😂🤣😂 last time that happens!
