My wife and I stopped in to try the new toasted sandwiches. It was a little chilly and I wanted something warm. Game changer! The sandwich was a notch above and still just as fast. Great service at this location always with a smile Must try!!!!

OMG!!! Have you heard about the new toasted Jimmy John’s sandwiches yet? Probably not, because it hasn’t been officially released for marketing yet. I got lucky at the Davis Hwy location where they are soft opening them and they do not disappoint! They toast your sandwich in like a pizza oven with the meat and cheese and then add your toppings. This is a game changer on a whole new level!! Needless to say I’ll be going back tomorrow, yes, it was that good!

You may want to teach your employees how to handle customer calls on the phone. I called to ask a simple question, the man who answered said "hello" (no introduction, nothing. I wasnt sure I even had the right number) he was very rude and hung up on me. Not once, but twice when I tried to call back. Horrible customer service.

The last 10 times I’ve tried to get a delivery from them they tell me they don’t have a delivery driver… gets old, and no its not outside the delivery range because they use to deliver without a problem then all of a sudden got too lazy its only 10 minutes away
Just ordered a sub for delivery and my driver Samantha was SO SWEET! She was here in literally 8 minutes! The sub tastes amazing too! Exactly how I ordered it! I’ll definitely be ordering from here

My first time going in and ordering a drink and a sandwich it was cold the food was not that hot and fresh the blue Gatorade tastes like water it's not really worth it for the money of the prices the employees and staff and managementready rude disrespectful when you try to dine in the restaurants sit down and try to enjoy your meal and you are unsatisfied and disappointed they tried to rush you out the door and the prices is outrageous expensive you really don't get respect when you walk in the restaurant bad attitude this Jimmy John's restaurant needs a lot of improvement this is my last time going to this location in Pensacola Florida Escambia off of Davis highway when they change a lot of things in this business I probably come back but it will be a long time when I return

I went yesterday on my lunch hour and order,the Turkey club and when I got home. It was tuna. I immediately called to let them know my two sandwiches,which came to $30. And to say the least. I don't eat tuna. Was told they had some new people working , they would replace my sandwich. I explained I was on lunch and it would be my dinner and was not able to come right back.1 I would come after work. I went later that night and some guy,acted like I wanted a free sandwich. He was like I need your receipt. I was like,I don't have it and I spoken with someone.but they shouldve have information cause I called and I would more then happy to pull up my bank.info. You all charged me $30 for two sandwiches. He still said no. I was so upset. My sandwich which finally replace from the same guy who acted like I stole something. I will not be back
