The food was ok, but the honey chicken did not taste like chicken. My family thought that the food was very reasonable! We had two family packs Low mein and 8 egg rolls. The food was making are stomach hurt though.

It was my first time and I had a bad experience. The lady who took my order was very angry with everyone waiting. She seemed annoyed and angry when I said it was my first time. There were people complaining that the food was taking 30-45 minutes. My food took around 25 minutes. The food was ok. It was mediocre at best. I probably won't back.

In town visiting and really wanted Chinese to take back to our rental. Really fresh delicious food! Loved my shrimp chow mein and the hot and sour soup was really rich and wonderful. Get it to go.

Horrible customer service for sub-par Chinese takeout. The reason for the low score. Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. We placed a large to-go order for our family. When we got home we discovered that they forgot to include our quart of General Tso chicken that was ordered. I checked everything- I even made sure I did in fact order it (I had) When I called to let them know- instead of understanding they immediately got an attitude and pushed blame on me and insisted that they DID include it. This is not the case. Then they hung up on me. I will never buy from this place again and will make sure never to recommend them. Whats sad. After reading other reviews - it seems that they pull this stunt often. I know I should have checked before I left. But we ordered a lot. The items weren't marked and they stapled the containers shut (which was odd). So it would have been a hassle to check there. Stay away from this place or make sure you check everything. Because once you leave - it's buyer beware. I would NEVER order door dash from here just because of that issue.

Stay far far away from their cashew chicken. Very disappointing. No effort. Lets toss some celery in some glaze and throw some cashews on top and call it cashew chicken. Celery was huge chunks which made it overpowering and cashews werent even cooked with the rest. They were LITERALLY just placed as a topping. Removed it and that was half the order.

Best in Pensacola*Update*This place is not good anymore. Price has almost doubled and quality went way down. They also completely changed their Roasted Chicken which is what so many people liked. I don't waste my money here anymore. They also never reopened their buffet after covid.

Love the Wong Tong Soup and Chicken on a stick. Service is fast and friendly. It's only take out since Covid years back, but highly recommend. Dinners are very good and plentiful as well.
The food was mediocre., The restaurant had a lot of unused equipment. Where it could be seen by the patrons and the staff was the unfriendlies of any restaurant I've ever eaten at. They acted annoyed to take our order. I will not return and suggest that you find an establishment who is. actually happy to serve you.

Don't expect much from the ambiance or atmosphere, but the lunch specials keep knocking my socks off. The beef and broccoli has very fresh broccoli. The crunch of celery and cashews in. The cashew chicken has been fantastic. We've only tried lunch, but the service is fast and food so fresh. Looks like they used to have an buffet setup but no more. However, with food this fresh I'll be back.

Staff wasn't friendly they took your order like we were bothering them. The buffet shut down and the food tasted like it was microwave. The food was poorly made the shrimp tasted fake and the broccoli was raw . Egg roll was ok but the inside lacked flavor . Need alot of work when there boxes on tables that it looks like it's a storage place not a 5 star restaurant .
