Bread Pudding is the best and most authentic in town. Bread pudding with raisins is not authentic.

Had lunch here for the first time today with my friend. No wait! Food and service was excellent. Beautiful garden atmosphere. Many plants which are for sale. Can eat inside which is casual but elegant or can eat outside in the garden. Also a big beautiful store to shop in next door for many unusual gift items and clothes and jewelry, handbags, linens etc. very enjoyable lunch with friends venue

Normas bread pudding was always my favorite thing to eat. I remembered moving back to Florida and I want my family to taste Normas. When I found out they were closed, I knew I would never find a place like that ever again.
Fast forward now to couple of weeks...I am scrolling through FB and someone commented about bread pudding and Jos and the connection to Normas. I have lived in Pensacola for 6yrs now and never heard of Jos.
Well, I had to go check this place out. The parking lot is very small, so be prepared to park on the street. Its right on the corner of 9th and Wright St.
We walked in to this cute little fancy café style place. The inside was kinda loud and thankfully the weather was amazing, so we sat outside.
The service was amazing....the entire staff were professional and so kind. I am vegetarian and she helped me to figure out what to order and even custom made me a sandwich.
I missed missed my poppyseed dressing....I can drink that stuff. It was so amazing on my salad and fruit. The real test was the bread pudding...OMG!! I finally found my long lost bread pudding.
So many memories of my past came back to life! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Its a great light lunch place.....great place for a girls lunch....babyshower...bridal shower....basically anything!
I am glad I connected to this place and I can not wait to tell everyone that remembers Normas to go try this place out! My new place to eat.

We had a wonderful time at Jo’s celebrating my sister-in-law’s birthday! The restaurant is so beautiful and the food was excellent! Ms. Jo was so helpful with planning out the details of the party! Her staff was excellent too! I highly recommend going to celebrate a big party or having brunch! It was great!

Charming and perfect little lunch spot. I love sitting out by the water fountain in the shade I could sit on the patio sipping coffee all day!

Food was delicious! All three ladies in my party ordered the champagne chicken salad and bread pudding with amaretto sauce. The poppy seed bread is delightful and so decadent.
It was quite busy when we arrived at 11:30, so I never received a refill of my water. Also, it was quite loud inside the building. The building is beautifully decorated, just echo-y, so it can be hard to have a good conversation during lunch hour.
However, our server was very kind, we were seated soon after entering, and our food was served quickly.
Parking: Limited parking in parking lot. More parking—I believe it’s all free—on the street
